Abstract

The purpose of this research 1) to develop and find the effectiveness of online lessons for enhancing 21st century skills on writing for communication via weblogs for undergraduate students, Naresuan University, 2) to compare academic achievement before and after school, and 3) to study the satisfaction of the learners.  The sample group was 2nd year undergraduate students, in the field of Educational Technology and Communication, Faculty of Education, Naresuan University, consisted of 30 students by purposive sampling/ research tools. These are 1) online lessons via weblogs for learning on writing for communication to enhance skills in the 21st century, 2) quality evaluation form for online lessons via weblogs, 3) achievement test before and after school, and 4) student satisfaction assessment form for online lessons via weblog. The statistics used in the data analysis were E1/E2 lesson efficiency, mean, percentage, standard deviation (S.D.), and test (t-test). The results of the research found that 1) online lessons via the web for learning about writing for communication. The efficiency was 86.92/91.1, higher than the 80/80 criteria set. 2) Regarding the results of comparing the learning achievement of the learners before and after studying, it was found that the scores of the students after studying online lessons via the weblog were significantly higher than before studying scores at 0.05. And 3) the analysis revealed the overall satisfaction of the learners at a high level.
