Abstract
This research aims to 1) to study the problems of school administration in the new normal situation of Ban Phop Phra Community School under the Office of Tak Primary Educational Service Area, Region 2 and 2) to study the guidelines for the development of school administration in the new normal situation of Ban Phop Phra Community School. under the jurisdiction of Tak Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. School administrators and teachers at Ban Phop Phra Community School There were 65 students in total. The research tool was a questionnaire on school administration problems in the new normal situation of Ban Phop Phra Community School under the Tak Primary Educational Service Area Office. 2 Using a 5-level estimation scale, statistics used in data analysis were mean, mean, standard deviation. and content analysis from group discussions. The results of research were as follows: 1) The problems of school administration in new normal situation of Chumchon Ban Phopphra school under the Tak primary educational service area office 2 in the overall level was at a low level. and 2) The guidelines for development of school administration in the new normal situation of Chumchon Ban Phopphra school under the Tak primary educational service area office 2as follows: 1) Should encourage anddevelopteachersto have abilities. 2) Always keep teachers in for training. 3) Should have a clear pattern, method and consistent with the context. 4) Should listen to opinions from those involved. 5)Should allocate sufficient budgets and prepare the information system to be ready and efficient.
