MODEL OF SPORTS MANAGEMENT THE SPORTS CENTER FOR EXCELLENCE IN NATIONAL SPORTS UNIVERSITY

Abstract
This research Objectives: 1) to study the sports management approach of the Sports Center of Excellence in the National Sports University, 2) to construct and verify the sports management model of the Sports Center of Excellence in the National Sports University, and 3) Evaluate Sports Management Model of the Sports Center of Excellence in the National Sports University. The research method consisted of 3 steps, step 1: Study the approaches to sports management; step 2: Create and verify a sports management model. and step 3: evaluate the sport management style. The research tools were interview forms, suitability and feasibility assessment questionnaires. The researcher analyzed the data using frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. and data analysis. The results of the research were as follows:
1. Results of a study of sports management guidelines for sports centers for excellence in National Sports University There are 10 guidelines as follows: 1) Corporate strategy, 2) Organizational structure, 3) Management style, 4) Organizational operating system, 5) Personnel in the organization, 6) Skills and work abilities, 7) Human resources common values, 8) Budget, 9) Place, materials and equipment, and 10) Management.
2. The creation and inspection results of the Sport management model of the Sports Center of Excellence of National Taiwan Sport University show that: The comment level is appropriate, and the average level is very high ( = 4.26, S.D. = 0.57) has the following 12 aspects: 1) Organizational Strategy, 2) Organizational Structure, 3) Management Style, 4) Systems in organizational operations, 5) Personnel in the organization, 6)Skills and work abilities, 7) Shared values, 8) Budget, 9) Place, materials and equipment, 10) Management, 11) Sports science, and 12) special teaching management.
3. The results of the evaluation of the sports management model of the Sports Center of Excellence in the National Sports University found that the level of opinions of the model was overall possible with an average ( = 4.28, S.D. = 0.77) was at a high level.
