THE DEVELOPMENT MODEL OF PROFESSIONAL TAKRAW CLUB MANAGEMENT TO PROMOTE DECISION-MAKING OF SPORTS SPONSORSHIP

Abstract
This research aimed were 1) to create and validate a model and 2) to evaluate model of professional takraw club management to promote decision-making of sports sponsorship. Using the research and development method consists of 3 steps. Select a purposive sample. There are 151 people involved with 8 professional takraw clubs, 9 experts and 88 people involved in the management of 8 professional takraw clubs. The tools used in the research include: 1) Questionnaire regarding conditions and guidelines related to the management of professional takraw club teams among those involved with professional takraw club teams, 2) Interview form with club executives and supporters of professional takraw sports, 3) Group discussion and model development process by applying Deming (1986) PDCA quality management theory, 4) Suitability check form Accuracy and comprehensiveness of the format by experts, and 5) form for evaluating the usefulness and feasibility of the model in persons involved in managing professional takraw club teams. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics including frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Qualitative data analysis using content analysis. The results found that the model of professional takraw club management to promote decision-making of sports sponsorship consists of 3 elements: 1) input factors, namely basic information of the professional takraw club, 2) the professional takraw club team management process in terms, and 3) products that arise from supporting professional takraw sports. Results of checking the suitability of the model of overall level is at a high level ( = 4.5, S.D. = 0.07) and the overall accuracy is at a high level ( = 4.40, S.D. = 0.13). The results of the evaluation of overall usefulness is at a high level ( = 4.3, S.D. = 0.11) and overall possibility is at a high level ( = 4.30, S.D. = 0.10).
