บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสมรรถนะฉลาดรู้การประกอบสัมมาชีพ ที่ได้รับการจัดการเรียนรู้จากประสบการณ์ 2) เปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนวิชา Financial Literacy Studio (สตูดิโอชีวิตเงินทองเป็นของมีค่า) ตอน Value Creator (ผู้สร้างมูลค่าสินค้า) หลังได้รับการจัดการเรียนรู้จากประสบการณ์กับเกณฑ์ร้อยละ 70 และ 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสมรรถนะฉลาดรู้การประกอบสัมมาชีพกับผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 ห้องเรียนที่ 2 โรงเรียนรุ่งอรุณ จำนวน 22 คน โดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งกลุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ จำนวน 6 แผน โดยในแต่ละแผนจะแสดงรายละเอียดของการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้จากประสบการณ์ แบบประเมินสมรรถนะเฉพาะ และแบบประเมินผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนที่แตกต่างกัน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าร้อยละ การทดสอบที (One-Sample T-Test) และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1) นักเรียนจำนวน 20 คน จากนักเรียนจำนวน 22 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 90.91 ของนักเรียนทั้งหมด ที่ได้รับการจัดการเรียนรู้จากประสบการณ์ มีสมรรถนะฉลาดรู้การประกอบสัมมาชีพอยู่ในระดับสามารถขึ้นไป 2) นักเรียนจำนวน 19 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 86.36 ของนักเรียนทั้งหมด มีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนวิชา Financial Literacy Studio ตอน Value Creator มากกว่าร้อยละ 70
ของคะแนนเต็ม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสมรรถนะฉลาดรู้การประกอบสัมมาชีพกับผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนวิชา Financial Literacy Studio ตอน Value Creator ของนักเรียน มีความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวกในระดับสูงมาก (ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เท่ากับ 0.825) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
