การพัฒนารูปแบบการทำงานเป็นทีมต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนเอกชนสอนศาสนาอิสลามในสามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนา มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพและความต้องการจำเป็นของการพัฒนารูปแบบการทำงานเป็นทีมต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการ ด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกับผู้บริหารและหัวหน้าฝ่ายวิชาการสถานศึกษา จำนวน 6 คน และเก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามความต้องการจำเป็น กับผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอน จำนวน 388 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ 2) พัฒนารูปแบบการทำงานเป็นทีมต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการ ตรวจสอบรูปแบบโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 3 คน 3) ทดลองใช้รูปแบบกับครูผู้สอน จำนวน 24 คน และประเมินคุณภาพของรูปแบบตามแนวคิด Stufflebeam เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบทดสอบวัดความรู้ แบบประเมินทักษะการทำงานเป็นทีม และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็น ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) สภาพที่เป็นจริงพบว่าการทำงานเป็นทีมของบุคลากรขาดความเข้าใจในบทบาทหน้าที่และการวางแผนที่ชัดเจน และความต้องการจำเป็นด้านการติดต่อสื่อสารมากที่สุด (PNI Modified = 0.258) รองลงมาคือ ด้านการมีปฏิสัมพันธ์ (PNI Modified = 0.256) และด้านการยอมรับนับถือ (PNI Modified = 0.255) 2) รูปแบบการทำงานเป็นทีมต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการ ประกอบด้วย 6 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ หลักการและเหตุผล วัตถุประสงค์ ขั้นตอนดำเนินการ ขอบข่ายงาน แนวทางการประเมิน และเงื่อนไขความสำเร็จ 3) ผลการใช้รูปแบบการทำงานเป็นทีมพบว่า ครูผู้สอนมีความรู้และทักษะการทำงานทีมหลังใช้รูปแบบสูงกว่าก่อนใช้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และผลการตรวจสอบคุณภาพรูปแบบด้านความถูกต้องมีการประเมินที่สามารถวิเคราะห์ได้ทั้งข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพ นอกจากนี้ความเป็นประโยชน์ยังครอบคลุมถึงผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียและผู้เกี่ยวข้อง ในด้านความเหมาะสมสามารถพัฒนาทักษะการทำงานเป็นทีม และความเป็นไปได้สามารถนำไปใช้ได้จริง พบว่า โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก
