Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงประเมิน มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินหลักสูตรสาธารณสุขศาสตรบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาสาธารณสุขชุมชน (หลักสูตรปรับปรุง พ.ศ. 2555) ของคณะสาธารณสุขศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครราชสีมา เก็บข้อมูลระหว่างเดือนมีนาคม – สิงหาคม 2559 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามลักษณะมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ โดยใช้รูปแบบการประเมินแบบซิปป์ (CIPP Model) กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 284 คน ประกอบด้วยผู้สำเร็จการศึกษา อาจารย์ผู้สอน และอาจารย์พี่เลี้ยงแหล่งฝึก วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า การประเมินหลักสูตรในภาพรวมมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า มีความเหมาะสมในระดับมากทั้ง 4 ด้าน โดยด้านบริบทของหลักสูตรมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด รองลงมาคือด้านกระบวนการและด้านผลผลิตมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากัน และด้านปัจจัยนำเข้า ตามลำดับ ผลการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา พบว่า มีข้อเสนอแนะให้เพิ่มจำนวนหน่วยกิตของรายวิชาที่จำเป็น รวมถึงการปรับปรุงสิ่งสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ ผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้สามารถใช้เป็นข้อมูลในการปรับปรุงการจัดการศึกษาต่อไป
THE EVALUATION OF BACHELOR OF PUBLIC HEALTH PROGRAM IN COMMUNITY PUBLIC HEALTH REVISED 2012), FACULTY OF PUBLIC HEALTH, NAKHON RATCHASIMA RAJABHAT UNIVERSITY
The purpose of this descriptive research was to evaluate the Bachelor of Public Health Program in Community Public Health (Revised 2012), Faculty of Public Health, Nakhon Ratchasima Rajabhat University. Data were collected from March to August 2016. The instruments for data collection was five-rating scale questionnaire by using CIPP model. The Samples consisted of 284 peoples who were graduates, instructors and mentors. The collect data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and content analysis. The results indicated that the overall of curriculum appropriate at the high level. Among the four factors, it was found that the context of the curriculum was scored at the highest level, followed by process, product and input respectively. Results from content analysis suggested adding credits for a few necessary courses and supporting factors should be improved. The findings of this study could be applied for improving the program.
