การพัฒนาองค์ประกอบ ตัวชี้วัด และเกณฑ์การประเมินคุณลักษณะจิตวิจัย ของนักวิจัยระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา

Abstract

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาองค์ประกอบและตัวชี้วัดจิตวิจัยของนักวิจัยระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา และตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงโครงสร้าง (Construct Validity) ของตัวชี้วัดจิตวิจัยของนักวิจัยระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนิสิตนักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษาในมหาวิทยาลัยของประเทศไทย จำนวน 366 คน ดำเนินการวิจัยโดยสร้างองค์ประกอบและตัวชี้วัดจิตวิจัยของนักวิจัยระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา แล้วตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงโครงสร้าง และสร้างเกณฑ์การประเมิน เครื่องมือวิจัยเป็นแบบวัดจิตวิจัยของนักวิจัยระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา มีลักษณะเป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ จำนวน 22 ข้อ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยสถิติเชิงบรรยาย และการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันอันดับที่สอง ผลการวิจัย พบว่า องค์ประกอบหลัก องค์ประกอบย่อยและตัวชี้วัดจิตวิจัยของนักวิจัยระดับบัณฑิตศึกษาที่ได้จากการสังเคราะห์เอกสารและปรับแก้จากผลการสัมภาษณ์และประเมินความเหมาะสมโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ประกอบด้วย 1 องค์ประกอบหลัก 3 องค์ประกอบย่อย และ 17 ตัวชี้วัด ได้แก่ องค์ประกอบหลักจิตวิจัย องค์ประกอบย่อยที่ 1 การมีจรรยาบรรณของนักวิจัย ประกอบด้วย 9 ตัวชี้วัด ได้แก่ ตัวชี้วัดที่ 1.1 ซื่อสัตย์และมีคุณธรรมในทางวิชาการและการจัดการ 1.2 ตระหนักถึงพันธกรณีในการทำงานวิจัยตามข้อตกลงที่ทำไว้กับหน่วยงานที่สนับสนุนการวิจัย และต่อหน่วยงานต้นสังกัด 1.3 มีพื้นฐานความรู้ในสาขาวิชาการที่ทำวิจัย 1.4 รับผิดชอบต่อสิ่งที่ศึกษาวิจัย ไม่ว่าจะเป็นสิ่งมีชีวิตหรือไม่มีชีวิต 1.5 เคารพศักดิ์ศรีและสิทธิ์ของมนุษย์ที่ใช้เป็นตัวอย่างในการวิจัย 1.6 มีอิสระทางความคิด โดยปราศจากอคติในทุกขั้นตอนของการทำวิจัย 1.7 นำผลงานวิจัยไปใช้ประโยชน์ในทางที่ชอบ 1.8 เคารพความคิดเห็นทางวิชาการของผู้อื่น 1.9 มีความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมทุกระดับ องค์ประกอบย่อยที่ 2 ความมุ่งมั่นค้นหาความรู้ด้วยกระบวนการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย 5 ตัวชี้วัด ได้แก่ 2.1 มีจิตใจมุ่งมั่นในการทำวิจัย 2.2 มีความรอบรู้และเชี่ยวชาญทางการวิจัย 2.3 มีความสามารถในการบริหารจัดการด้านการวิจัย 2.4 เป็นผู้นำทางวิชาการด้านการวิจัย 2.5 มีความสามารถเผยแพร่ความรู้ในการวิจัยให้บุคคลอื่น องค์ประกอบย่อยที่ 3 การเป็นบุคคลแห่งการเรียนรู้ ประกอบด้วย 3 ตัวชี้วัด ได้แก่ 3.1 มีความคิดริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์ 3.2 มีลักษณะนิสัยใฝ่รู้ใฝ่เรียน 3.3 มุ่งพัฒนาตนเองอยู่เสมอ และองค์ประกอบและตัวชี้วัดจิตวิจัยของนักวิจัยระดับบัณฑิตศึกษามีความตรงเชิงโครงสร้าง

THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE FACTORS, INDICATORS AND CRITERIA FOR THE EVALUATION OF RESEARCH MIND OF GRADUATE RESEARCHERS  

The development of the factors, indicators and criteria for the evaluation of research mind of graduate researchers was aimed. The construct validity of research mind of graduated researchers was then investigated. The sample consisted of 366 Thai graduate students. The criteria and the indicator of research mind were preceded. The construct validity was then checked and the research tool of research mind was produced. It is a five-level scale with 22 items analyzed by descriptive statistics and a second confirmatory factor analysis. The results showed that the main component, the subcomponent and indicators of research mind of graduate researchers on the synthesis of document and editing of interviews and assessment by experts composed of one main component, three subcomponents and seventeen indicators. The first subcomponent is the ethic of researchers including nine indicators. They were: 1.1 is honesty and integrity in academic and management, 1.2 is recognizes of the commitment to research by the agreement that entered with the support and head agency, 1.3 is the basic knowledge in the field of academic research is required, 1.4 is responsible for the research, whether living or non-living sample, 1.5 is respect to the honor and right of human samples,1.6 is needed in an independent thought without prejudice at all stages of the research, 1.7 is brings the research to the right way, 1.8 respect the opinion of others and 1.9 a responsibility is required. The second subcomponent is engrossed in knowledge through research includes five indicators. 2.1 researchers have concentration in research, 2.2 knowledge and expertise in research is needed, 2.3 the ability to manage research is obtained, 2.4 researchers are a leadership and 2.5 the ability to research demonstration has been seen. The third subcomponent is a person of learning includes three indicators, 3.1 Initiative, 3.2 researchers are the learning person and 3.3 they are always develop themselves. The components and indicators of research mind of graduate researchers are construct validity.
