ความพึงพอใจของนิสิตที่มีต่อการใช้บริการระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารเพื่อการศึกษาของคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจ สภาพปัญหา และความต้องการ ของนิสิตที่มีต่อการใช้บริการระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารเพื่อการศึกษา ของคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ นิสิตคณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา จำนวน 375 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยคำนวณหาขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยวิธีการคำนวณจากสูตรของ ทาโร ยามาเน่ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ความคิดเห็นต่อสภาพปัญหาของการใช้บริการระบบไอซีทีเพื่อการศึกษา โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (= 2.77, S.D. = 0.45) โดยระบบฯด้านการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู/ฝึกงานมีปัญหาในระดับมากเป็นลำดับแรก (= 3.59, S.D. = 0.15) 2) ด้านความต้องการในการใช้บริการระบบฯ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (= 4.37, S.D. = 0.48) และระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารเพื่อการศึกษาที่มีความต้องการมากที่สุด คือ ระบบฯ ด้านการเรียนการสอนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ e-Learning และ Video Streaming อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (= 4.89, SD=0.83) และด้านความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อระบบฯ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (= 3.86, S.D. = 0.47) โดยประเด็นความพึงพอใจที่มีมากที่สุด คือ ระบบทะเบียนและสถิตินิสิต อยู่ในระดับมาก (= 4.30, S.D. = 0.85) นอกจากนั้นความคิดเห็นเพิ่มเติมในด้านความต้องการและสภาพปัญหาที่สอดคล้องกัน ได้แก่ สัญญาณเครือข่ายไร้สายให้ครอบคลุมทุกพื้นที่

THE STUDENTS’ SATISFACTION UPON USE OF THE INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY FOR EDUCATION SYSTEMS SERVICES OF THE FACULTY OF EDUCATION, BURAPHA UNIVERSITY 

The objective of this research was to study the student’s satisfaction, problems and needs upon the information and communication technology systems services of the Faculty of Education, Burapha University in the academic year 2014. The sample group in this study were 375 students from Faculty of Education, Burapha University were selected by using the method of Taro Yamane. The result Showed that; the student’s overall problems regarding the information and communication technology systems services of Faculty of Education, Burapha University were at the medium level (= 2.77, S.D. = 0.45). In addition, the analysis of the students opinions on the issues revealed that problem with the highest level (= 3.59, S.D. = 0.15) was most of the professional experience/interns service. The student’s overall needs for the ICT for Education systems services were at the high level
(= 4.37, S.D. = 0.48). In addition, the analysis of the students’ opinions on the issue indicated that most demanding requirements for the use of information and communication technology for education service was e-Learning and video streaming services highest level (= 4.89, S.D. = 0.83). The student’s overall satisfaction towards the ICT for Education systems services were at the high level (= 3.86, S.D. = 0.47). Moreover, the service that most satisfied the students was registration and statistics system service at a high level
(= 4.30, S.D. = 0.85). Finally, the students shared the same comments on both the demand and the problem aspects, is that, there were not enough WIFI access points with high speed internet in the Faculty of Education, Burapha University.
