Abstract

โครงการวิจัยและพัฒนาครูวิทยาศาสตร์ คณิตศาสตร์ คอมพิวเตอร์โดยใช้ภาษาอังกฤษแบบบูรณาการสู่มาตรฐานสากล เป็นโครงการนวัตกรรมการพัฒนาครูขนาดใหญ่ โดยมีครูที่เป็นกลุ่มตัวอย่างในการดำเนินงานมากกว่า 6,000 คน มีนักวิจัยที่ต้องทำงานในพื้นที่มากกว่า 20 คน การดำเนินงานเพื่อให้เป็นไปตามวัตถุประสงค์ของโครงการวิจัย จำเป็นต้องมีระบบการบริหารที่มีประสิทธิภาพ จึงจะทำให้การดำเนินงานเป็นไปตามกรอบเวลา บทความวิจัยนี้ต้องการสื่อสารจากประสบการณ์การบริหารโครงการ อันประกอบด้วย การริเริ่มโครงการ การวางแผนและวิเคราะห์โครงการ การพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม การเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนปฏิบัติการพัฒนาศักยภาพครู ปฏิบัติการพัฒนาศักยภาพครูตามรูปแบบที่พัฒนาขึ้น (e-CLIP) การสะท้อนผลและประเมินการปฏิบัติการ การสร้างทีมนักวิจัยเพื่อการติดตามผลการดำเนินงาน และการสะท้อนผลจากการดำเนินงานบริหารโครงการ

A CASE STUDY OF A RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT PROJECT FOR TEACHERS IN SCIENCE, MATHEMATICS, AND COMPUTER IN THE ENGLISH INTEGRATED STUDIES SCHOOL NETWORK

This paper deals with an innovative research and development project involving teachers in science, mathematics and computing through the integration of English for the enhancement of education quality in accordance with international standards. This development project is considered as a large project in terms of the number of participants. There are more than 6,000 teachers participating in the project as the target group. Also, more than 20 experts and researchers are working closely with the teachers to collect useful and reliable data. This project recognizes the significance of effective mechanisms and an efficient management system to implement, develop and manage the research project according to the timeline and best service to its mission and purposes. This article aims at sharing and illustrating the research project management with actual experiences. The management plan and implementation includes, but is not limited to, the creation, planning and analysis of the project, curriculum development, organization of workshops and seminars, preparation of the system and mechanisms before implementation and the implementation of plans. More importantly, the article elaborates on details of the process of implementing the e-CLIP model, analysis and evaluation of the results of the project and provides conclusions of the outcome.
