ความรู้ที่จำเป็นของคนยุคเศรษฐกิจฐานความรู้ คือความรู้ด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการจัดการความรู้ ความสามารถในการนาเอาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศไปใช้ให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดต่อการพัฒนาประเทศ ยังต้องอาศัยกระบวนการจัดการความรู้ผ่านคน เทคโนโลยี และกระบวนการความรู้ ด้วยการวิเคราะห์ สังเคราะห์องค์ความรู้เพื่อพัฒนานวัตกรรมให้เกิดขึ้นใหม่ ในบทความนี้ยังได้นาเสนอตัวอย่าง OTOP เศรษฐกิจระดับตำบลที่แสดงให้เห็นกระบวนการการนำความรู้ข้างต้นมาใช้ในการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ระดับชุมชน
Abstract
Knowledge necessary for knowledge–based economy people is information and communications technology as well as knowledge management. The ultimate use of information and communications technology for the nation also needs knowledge management through man, technology and knowledge process. Then knowledge analysis and synthesis can be used for gaining new innovation. In the article, a sample of OTOP knowledge-based economy with process of using knowledge to develop goods at community level is presented.
