วิทยาลัยสงฆ์พุทธชินราช : ก้าวย่างแห่งความคาดหวังและความเป็นไป

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยเรื่อง วิทยาลัยสงฆ์พุทธชินราช : ก้าวย่างแห่งความคาดหวังและความเป็นไป มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาวิวัฒนาการของวิทยาลัยสงฆ์พุทธชินราชจากอดีตถึงปัจจุบันและในอนาคต 2) เพื่อศึกษาบทบาทของวิทยาลัยสงฆ์พุทธชินราชที่มีต่อชุมชน สังคม จากอดีตถึงปัจจุบันและในอนาคต 3) เพื่อศึกษาความคาดหวังของชุมชน สังคม โดยรอบที่มีต่อวิทยาลัยสงฆ์พุทธชินราชจากอดีตถึงปัจจุบันและในอนาคต และ 4) เพื่อศึกษาความคาดหวังการดำเนินกิจการวิทยาลัยสงฆ์พุทธชินราชจากอดีตถึงปัจจุบันและในอนาคตที่มีต่อชุมชน โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research Methodology) มีกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลเป็นผู้บริหาร อาจารย์ เจ้าหน้าที่ และชุมชน และศิษย์เก่า จำนวน 16 คน โดยศึกษาใน 2 สมัย ได้แก่ 1) สมัยห้องเรียนคณะพุทธศาสตร์มหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย และ 2) สมัยวิทยาลัยสงฆ์พุทธชินราชมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย เครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้วิจัยซึ่งเป็นผู้ศึกษาปรากฏการณ์ในภาคสนามและใช้เทคนิคการสัมภาษณ์และสนทนากลุ่ม และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยวิธีการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาและการวิเคราะห์แบบอุปนัย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า วิทยาลัยสงฆ์พุทธชินราชมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัยเป็นสถาบันทางการศึกษาที่อยู่ภายใต้สังกัดมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัยโดยเริ่มจากการเป็นห้องเรียนคณะพุทธศาสตร์มหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัยและได้รับการยกฐานะเป็นวิทยาลัยสงฆ์พุทธชินราชมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัย วัตถุประสงค์ในการก่อตั้งเพื่อเป็นการขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษาแก่พระภิกษุ - สามเณรในเขตภาคเหนือตอนล่างให้ได้รับการศึกษาในระดับอุดมศึกษา นับตั้งแต่ก่อนการจัดตั้งเป็นห้องเรียนคณะพุทธศาสตร์จนกระทั่งเป็นวิทยาลัยสงฆ์พุทธชินราชมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัยในปัจจุบันวิทยาลัยสงฆ์มีการจัดการศึกษาแบ่งเป็น 3 ระดับการศึกษา ประกอบไปด้วย ระดับปริญญาตรี ระดับประกาศนียบัตรบัณฑิต และระดับปริญญาโท โดยมีพันธกิจที่สำคัญ ดังนี้ 1) ด้านการผลิตบัณฑิต 2) ด้านการวิจัย 3) ด้านการบริการวิชาการ 4) ด้านการทำนุบำรุงศิลปะและวัฒนธรรม ในด้านบทบาทของวิทยาลัยสงฆ์พุทธชินราชมหาจุฬาลงกรณราชวิทยาลัยตั้งแต่อดีตจนถึงปัจจุบัน ที่มีต่อชุมชน สังคมนั้นมีบทบาทสำคัญในการจัดการศึกษาเป็นศูนย์กลางการศึกษาพระพุทธศาสนา บูรณาการให้เข้ากับศาสตร์สมัยใหม่ พัฒนาจิตใจคนในสังคม เพื่อที่จะผลิตบัณฑิตให้มีความเป็นเลิศทางวิชาการด้านพระพุทธศาสนา สามารถประยุกต์เข้ากับศาสตร์สาขาต่าง ๆ มีปฏิปทาน่าเลื่อมใส มีความเป็นผู้นำทางจิตและปัญญา มีความคิดริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์ มีโลกทัศน์กว้างไกลสามารถก้าวทันการเปลี่ยนแปลงของโลก มีศรัทธาที่จะอุทิศตนเพื่อพระพุทธศาสนา มีคุณธรรมจริยธรรม และเสียสละเพื่อส่วนรวม

บทบาทของชุมชน สังคมโดยรอบที่มีต่อวิทยาลัยสงฆ์พุทธชินราช แรกเริ่มชุมชนได้เข้ามามีส่วนส่งเสริมในการก่อสร้างในลักษณะของการเช่าบูชาเหรียญต่าง ๆ และการบริจาค ต่อมาเมื่อชุมชนได้เล็งเห็นความมุ่งมั่นของวิทยาลัยสงฆ์ที่เน้นการผลิตบัณฑิตทั้งพระและฆราวาสที่มีคุณภาพออกไปสู่ชุมชน สังคม จึงทำให้ชุมชน สังคม ได้เข้ามามีบทบาทต่าง ๆ กับวิทยาลัยสงฆ์มากขึ้น เช่น การบริจาค การส่งบุตรหลานเข้าเรียน การเสียสละกำลังแรงกาย เป็นต้น ในอนาคตของวิทยาลัยสงฆ์พุทธชินราชในฐานะผู้ให้บริการทางการศึกษามีความคาดหวังที่จะผลิตบัณฑิตให้เป็นไปตามพันธกิจของวิทยาลัยสงฆ์ให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพ ด้านงานวิจัยและการพัฒนาบุคลากรมีเป้าหมายเพื่อสร้างองค์ความรู้ควบคู่ไปกับกระบวนการเรียนการสอนเน้นการนำเอาองค์ความรู้ในพระไตรปิฎกมาพัฒนาเป็นกรอบแนวคิดในการวิจัยร่วมกับศาสตร์อื่นๆ เพื่อนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการแก้ปัญหาด้านศีลธรรมและจริยธรรมของสังคม ด้านบริการวิชาการแก่สังคมให้การสนับสนุนกิจกรรมของคณะสงฆ์ ด้วยการสร้างความรู้ ความเข้าใจในหลักคำสอนทางพระพุทธศาสนา สร้างจิตสำนึกด้านคุณธรรม จริยธรรมแก่ประชาชน โดยผ่านกลไกการฝึกอบรม ประชุมและสัมมนาเพื่อพัฒนาพระสงฆ์และบุคลากรทางศาสนาให้มีศักยภาพ ด้านการทำนุบำรุงศิลปะและวัฒนธรรมส่งเสริมและพัฒนาแหล่งการเรียนรู้ด้านการทำนุบำรุงศิลปะและวัฒนธรรม โดยเฉพาะวัฒนธรรมที่มีรากฐานมาจากหลักธรรมทางพระพุทธศาสนา ให้เอื้อต่อการศึกษาค้นคว้า เพื่อสร้างจิตสำนึกและความภาคภูมิในความเป็นไทย สนับสนุนให้มีการนำภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นมาใช้เป็นรากฐานของการพัฒนาอย่างมีดุลยภาพ ตลอดจนความร่วมมือกับหน่วยงานที่รับผิดชอบด้านทำนุบำรุงศิลปวัฒนธรรมเพื่อจัดแหล่งข้อมูลด้านทรัพย์สินมรดกทางวัฒนธรรมของธรรมชาติเพื่อการศึกษาค้นคว้าประจำถิ่น

Abstract

The research off Buddhachinnarat Sanga College: pace of expectation and possibility. Purposes: 1) To study the evolution of the College of Buddhist Buddhachinnarat from past to present and future 2) To study the role of Buddhachinnarat Sanga College towards community social from past to present and future 3) To study the expectation of the society and community colleges around the monks to Buddhachinnarat from past to present and future, and 4) to study the expected operation Buddhachinnarat Sanga College from past to present and future of the community. Using Qualitative Research Methods (Qualitative Research Methodology) with information providers as executive officers and teachers, community and alumni of 16 people were studied in the second period 1) class period of Buddhachinnarat Sanga College Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University, and 2)Contemporary Buddhachinnarat Sanga College Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University. Tool to collect data were the researcher in the field of phenomena and techniques of interviewing and discussion groups. And then data analysis methods are content analysis and inductive analysis. The results of this research showed that Buddhachinnarat Sanga College Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University is the institution subordinate to Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University. It was starting from a small class room of Buddhachinnarat Sanga College Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University and has been promoted to be a Buddhachinnarat Sanga College Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University. The purpose of this colledge is to expanding educational opportunities for monks - novice in the northern Lower to have higher education. Since the establishment of the first class room of the College until Buddhachinnarat Sanga College Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University, this colleges are divided into three levels of education includes bachelors degree, Graduate Certificate level and master's degrees. The main mission: 1) to produce graduates 2) research 3) the academic technical services 4) to fostering the arts and culture. The role of Buddhachinnarat Sanga College Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University from past to present with the community. Is in the area of education as the center of Buddhist studies integrated with modern science to the mental development in society. To produce graduates with academic excellence in Buddhism Graduates can be applied to various fields of science admirable behavior. Strong leadership, mental health and intelligence. Are creative. A wide perspective. Nouveau can change the world. Are believed to be dedicated to Buddhism Virtue ethics And dedication to public.

The role of the community and society which surrounding towards Buddhachinnarat Sanga College. At the beginning the community take part of construction promote in the area a Buddha image medal for worship and donation. After that when the community recognizes the commitment of the College that dedicated to produce high quality graduates both monks and lay a quality issue for the community and society which turning society into a different role with more monastic colleges, such as donations, to send their children to study in this school and the strength sacrifice etc.

In the future, a Buddhachinnarat Sanga College as an education academy providers are expected to produce graduates according to the mission of the College of Buddhist efficiency. The research and development aimed at building knowledge together with the learning process focused on bringing knowledge to the development of Buddhist Scriptures in the framework of collaborative research with other disciplines. To be applied to solve the moral and ethical society. Social services to support academic activities of the ministry by creating knowledge. Understanding of the doctrine in Buddhism, Moral awareness to the public through the mechanism of training, meetings and seminars to develop the priests and religious personnel to potential. Fostering the arts and cultural promotion and development of learning and fostering the arts and culture particular cultural roots in the teachings of Buddhism. To facilitate education and research.
