การวิจัยและพัฒนานวัตกรรมทางการศึกษาเป็นสมรรถนะหลักที่สำคัญตามมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงานของบัณฑิตสาขาเทคโนโลยีและสื่อสารการศึกษา ผลจากการสัมมนาวิชาชีพเทคโนโลยีและสื่อสารการศึกษา ของภาควิชาเทคโนโลยีและสื่อสารการศึกษา คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร และผลการสำรวจปัญหาและความต้องการพัฒนาตนเองของนิสิต ปีการศึกษาที่ 2553 พบปัญหาหลายประการที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อสมรรถนะดังกล่าวของนิสิต และนิสิตส่วนใหญ่อยากให้จัดกิจกรรมเพื่อฝึกทักษะการวิจัยและพัฒนานวัตกรรมทางการศึกษาอย่างหลากหลาย และแลกเปลี่ยนกิจกรรมการเรียนกับนิสิตรุ่นพี่เพื่อขอคำแนะนำช่วยเหลือเพิ่มเติมจากอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษา หรือผู้สอน บทความนี้จึงนำเสนอผลการฝึกทักษะการวิจัยและพัฒนาทางการศึกษาโดยใช้กิจกรรมแบบพี่สอนน้อง

Abstract

The research and development on educational innovation is a main competency about performance standard of Educational Technology and Communication graduates. The result of Seminar on Educational Technology and Communication Profession, Faculty of Education, Naresuan University and the survey of problem and need of self -development of students in 2010 academic year found many factors affected students' competency and most of students needed activities for practicing the skill of educational research and development and exchanging learning activities with seniors for asking problems or counseling besides the instructor's advices. This article presents the result of a practice of educational research and development acquisition by elder teach younger activity.
