ทุนทางปัญญาเป็นความสามารถที่มีในตัวบุคคล สามารถเรียนรู้จากตนเองและคนอื่น นำไปใช้ให้เกิดประโยชน์ต่อชีวิต และปฏิบัติงานในองค์การได้ การทำความเข้าใจกับความหมายและความสำคัญ ตลอดจนผลที่เกิดจากการพัฒนาทุนทางปัญญาที่นำเสนอในบทความผ่านนักวิชาการและนักการศึกษาในบทความฉบับนี้ จะสะท้อนให้เห็นความจำเป็นที่จะต้องมีการพัฒนาทุนทางปัญญาให้กับผู้เรียนในสถาบันการศึกษาทุกระดับโดยเน้นการจัดการเรียนการสอนให้มีกระบวนการคิด การทำงานอย่างเป็นระบบ การปฏิบัติงาน และการทำงานเป็นทีม ผสมผสานกับศาสตร์สาขาวิชาและรายวิชาที่เรียน ซึ่งจะส่งผลต่อการพัฒนาผู้เรียนเอง ตลอดจนสังคมประเทศชาติต่อไป

Abstract

Intellectual Capital refers to individual competence that could be learned from the self and others and then applied to use in life and work. The meaning and importance of Intellectual Capital and the results obtained from Intellectual Capital Development presented by the academic experts or educators in this article reflect the necessity of Intellectual Capital Development at every level of education. On the focuses of Thinking Skill, Systematic Working, Work Practice and Team Working integrated with the course works learned in educational institutions, Intellectual Capital would bring about personal and national development
