รูปแบบการส่งเสริมคุณธรรมจริยธรรมนักเรียนระดับประถมศึกษา สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษานครราชสีมา เขต 2

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการส่งเสริมคุณธรรม จริยธรรม นักเรียนระดับประถมศึกษา สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษานครราชสีมา เขต 2 และดำเนินการวิจัย มี 4 ขั้นตอน ดังนี้1) การศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและปัญหาการส่งเสริมคุณธรรม จริยธรรมนักเรียนระดับประถมศึกษา สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษานครราชสีมา เขต 2 จากการศึกษาเอกสารและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง สอบถามจากผู้บริหารโรงเรียน จำนวน 127 คน โดยวิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย (Simple Random Sampling) 2) การสังเคราะห์องค์ประกอบและพัฒนารูปแบบการส่งเสริมคุณธรรม จริยธรรม นักเรียนระดับประถมศึกษา สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษานครราชสีมา เขต 2 โดยตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 17 คน 3) การจัดทำคู่มือรูปแบบการส่งเสริมคุณธรรม จริยธรรม นักเรียนระดับประถมศึกษาสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษานครราชสีมา เขต 2 โดยตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมของคู่มือรูปแบบโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 14 คน 4) การสรุปผลการใช้คู่มือรูปแบบการส่งเสริมคุณธรรม จริยธรรม นักเรียนระดับประถมศึกษา สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษานครราชสีมา เขต 2 ในโรงเรียนกลุ่มทดลอง จำนวน 35โรงเรียน และ 5) การประเมินผลคู่มือรูปแบบการส่งเสริมคุณธรรม จริยธรรม นักเรียนระดับประถมศึกษาสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษานครราชสีมา เขต 2 โดยพิจารณาจากความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนกลุ่มที่ทดลองใช้รูปแบบ จำนวน 35 คน

ผลการวิจัย ปรากฏดังนี้

1. สภาพการดำเนินงานส่งเสริมคุณธรรม จริยธรรม นักเรียนระดับประถมศึกษา สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษานครราชสีมา เขต 2 โดยรวมและรายด้านทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับน้อย ส่วนปัญหาการส่งเสริมคุณธรรมจริยธรรมนักเรียนระดับประถมศึกษา สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษานครราชสีมา เขต 2 โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก

2. ผลการสังเคราะห์องค์ประกอบและพัฒนารูปแบบการส่งเสริมคุณธรรม จริยธรรม นักเรียนระดับประถมศึกษา สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษานครราชสีมา เขต 2 ที่สร้างจากการสังเคราะห์ เอกสารและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับรูปแบบการส่งเสริมคุณธรรม จริยธรรมนักเรียน ทฤษฎีพัฒนาการทางคุณธรรมจริยธรรม สภาพปัจจุบันและปัญหา ได้องค์ประกอบหลัก 6 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1) ด้านการบริหารจัดการ 2) ด้านการจัดสภาพแวดล้อม 3) ด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตร การจัดการเรียนการสอน และการนิเทศ 4) ด้านการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมคุณธรรม จริยธรรม 5) ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมส่งเสริมคุณธรรมจริยธรรม และ 6) ด้านการกำกับ ติดตาม และประเมินผล และผลการตรวจสอบองค์ประกอบรูปแบบโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ พบว่า มีความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ในการนำไปใช้

3. ผลการจัดทำคู่มือรูปแบบการส่งเสริมคุณธรรม จริยธรรม นักเรียนระดับประถมศึกษา สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษานครราชสีมา เขต 2 ส่วนประกอบของคู่มือรูปแบบในแต่ละด้าน ประกอบด้วยส่วนต่าง ๆได้แก่ 1) บทนำ 2) หลักการ แนวคิด ทฤษฎี 3) แนวทางการดำเนินงาน 4) การติดตามและประเมินผล และผลการตรวจสอบคู่มือรูปแบบโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ พบว่า มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก

4. สรุปผลการใช้คู่มือรูปแบบการส่งเสริมคุณธรรม จริยธรรม นักเรียนระดับประถมศึกษา สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษานครราชสีมา เขต 2

4.1 ความคิดเห็นต่อการใช้คู่มือรูปแบบการส่งเสริมคุณธรรม จริยธรรม นักเรียนระดับประถมศึกษา พบว่า โรงเรียนมีการดำเนินการส่งเสริมคุณธรรม จริยธรรมนักเรียนโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

4.2 ผลการประเมินพฤติกรรมนักเรียนประถมศึกษาในโรงเรียนที่ใช้คู่มือรูปแบบการส่งเสริมคุณธรรม จริยธรรม นักเรียนระดับประถมศึกษา พบว่า นักเรียนมีพฤติกรรมคุณธรรม จริยธรรม 9 ด้าน ได้แก่1) ด้านความมีวินัย ความรับผิดชอบ 2) ด้านความสุภาพอ่อนโยน 3) ความซื่อสัตย์ 4) ความสะอาด 5) ความขยัน 6) ความสามัคคี 7) ความมีน้ำใจ 8) ความประหยัด และ 9) มีจิตสาธารณะ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

5. ผลการประเมินคู่มือรูปแบบการส่งเสริมคุณธรรม จริยธรรม นักเรียนระดับประถมศึกษาสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษานครราชสีมา เขต 2 หลังจากการทดลองใช้คู่มือรูปแบบ ยืนยันรูปแบบ การส่งเสริมคุณธรรม จริยธรรมนักเรียนระดับประถมศึกษา 6 องค์ประกอบที่พัฒนาขึ้นว่า มีความเหมาะสม ความเป็นไปได้ ความถูกต้องครอบคลุม และความเป็นประโยชน์ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

Abstract

This study. Aims to develop the model to promote morals and ethics of the students inprimary schools under the office of Nakhon Ratchasima educational service Area 2 and There were5 steps in the research procedure : 1) Study the current situations and problems on the promotingmorals and ethics of the students in primary schools from documents and related literatures. Ask theschool administrators were 127 people, randomly selected by simple random sampling. 2) Synthesisof the components and develop the model to promote morals and ethics of the students in primaryschools by examining the appropriateness and possibility by 17 experts 3) Producing the handbookof the model to promote morals and ethics of the students in primary schools by examining theappropriateness of the handbook of the model by 14 experts 4) Results of using the handbook of themodel to promote morals and ethics of the students in primary schools in the experimental group of35 schools and 5) Evaluation the handbook of the model to promote morals and ethics of thestudents in primary schools, based on the opinions of the 35 school administrators in theexperimental group schools.

The results were as follows.

1. The current situations of operating to promote morals and ethics of the students inprimary schools under the office of Nakhon Ratchasima educational service Area 2 were in the lesslevel both by each item and in total. About the problems of promoting morals and ethics of thestudents in primary schools under the office of Nakhon Ratchasima educational service Area 2 werein the more level both by each item and in total.

2. The synthesis of components and develop the model to promote morals and ethics of thestudents in primary schools under the office of Nakhon Ratchasima educational service Area 2 madefrom synthesis documents, research related to the model to promote morals and ethics, theory ofmorals and ethics, and the current situations and problems. The synthesis results were 6components : 1) Administration and management 2) School environment management 3) Curriculumdevelopment, instructional activities and supervision 4) Morals and ethics promotion 5) Participation,morals and ethics promotion 6) Monitoring, follow up and evaluation. Results of examination byexperts, model components were appropriate and possible to implement.

3. Of producing the handbook of the model to promote morals and ethics of the students inprimary schools under the office of Nakhon Ratchasima educational service Area 2, the componentsof the handbook of the model were consisted : 1) Introduction 2) Principles, concepts, theory 3)Operational guidance 4) Monitoring and evaluation. Checking the handbook of the model by theexperts that was appropriate at a more level.

4. Results of using the handbook of the model to promote morals and ethics of the studentsin primary schools under the office of Nakhon Ratchasima educational service Area 2

4.1 Comments on using the handbook of the model to promote morals and ethics of thestudents in primary schools found that the school promoted the morals and ethics at the most level.

4.2 Assessment of student behavior in primary schools to promote moral and ethicsfound that students with moral and ethical behavior were at the most level, 9 including : 1) Disciplineand Responsibility 2) The polite 3) Honesty 4) Cleanliness 5) Diligence 6) Unity 7) Kindness 8)Economics and 9) In the public consciousness.

5. The results of evaluation for the handbook of the model to promote morals and ethics of thestudents in primary schools under the office of Nakhon Ratchasima educational service Area 2 afterusing the handbook of the model confirmed that the handbook of the model could promote moralsand ethics of the students in the target schools because the suitability, feasibility, appropriatenessand usefulness were in the most level.
