อุดมการณ์และกระบวนการจัดการศึกษาโดยครอบครัวในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาอุดมการณ์และกระบวนการจัดการศึกษาโดยครอบครัวและนำเสนอลักษณะการจัดการศึกษาโดยครอบครัวในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพการจัดการศึกษาโดยครอบครัว กลุ่มเป้าหมายในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ได้แก่ ผู้จัดการศึกษาโดยครอบครัวในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ปีการศึกษา 2552 จำนวน 20 ครอบครัว แบบแผนการวิจัยเป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ แบ่งออกเป็น 2 ระยะดังนี้ระยะที่หนึ่ง เป็นการศึกษาบริบท อุดมการณ์และกระบวนการดำเนินการจัดการศึกษาโดยครอบครัวในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ระยะที่สอง คือการนำเสนอข้อค้นพบเชิงทฤษฎีกับกลุ่มผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียในลักษณะของการจัดเวทีประชาคม

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ลักษณะการจัดการศึกษาโดยครอบครัวในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่มี 3 ลักษณะตามอุดมการณ์ของผู้จัดการศึกษาโดยครอบครัว ได้แก่ กลุ่มการศึกษาเพื่อชีวิต อุดมการณ์ความเชื่อ และวิถีการดำเนินชีวิตมีลักษณะเด่นที่ใกล้ชิดกับธรรมชาติ กลุ่มที่สองเป็นครอบครัวที่ศรัทธาในศาสนามีอัตลักษณ์ด้านความเชื่อที่ศรัทธาในหลักคำสอนของศาสนาคริสต์ที่เน้นหน้าที่ของบิดามารดาในการอบรมสั่งสอนบุตรธิดาและกลุ่มที่สามเป็นกลุ่มครอบครัวที่บุตรมีความต้องการจำเป็นพิเศษ มีความมุ่งมั่นที่จะพัฒนาบุตรธิดาตามศักยภาพที่แท้จริงของเด็ก กระบวนการจัดการเรียนรู้ทุกครอบครัวจะเน้นการจัดกระบวนการเรียนรู้จากสถานการณ์ต่าง ๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นจริงตามวิถีชีวิตประจำวัน และสภาพแวดล้อมรอบตัวที่ครอบครัวได้เข้าไปสัมผัสเชื่อมโยง เน้นให้บุตรธิดาเป็นผู้ค้นพบความรู้และสรุปเป็นองค์ความรู้ด้วยตนเอง เรียนรู้จากผู้รู้หรือผู้เชี่ยวชาญโดยตรง ผ่านประสบการณ์และสถานที่จริง

Abstract

This research aimed to study the ideals and the processes of educational arrangement bythe families and to present the characteristics that affected the quality of these home schools inChiangmai Province. The samples in this study were 20 families or home school managers inChiangmai Province in academic year 2009. The research was qualitative in its nature and set intotwo phases. The first phase was the preliminary study on the context, ideals, and the processes ofhome school management by the families in Chiangmai Province. The second phase was thepresentation of the research findings in public hearings in term of theories with the relevant groupsof people.

The results of the research revealed three characteristics of the home schools in Chiangmaiaccording to the ideals of their managers. For the first group known as “Education for Life”, theprominent ideals, beliefs, and ways of life were closely connected to the nature. For the secondgroup of families that had strong affiliation to religious groups, the ideals were connected to theidentity, beliefs and affiliation to the Christianity that emphasized its teaching about the responsibilityof the parents in training their children. For the third group of families that had children with specialneeds, the ideals were related to the development of their children to reach their full potential. Theprocesses of learning arrangement of all home schools emphasized on arranged learning processusing actual situation occurring in daily life and using the surrounding environment of the families.Also emphasized were the children’s ability to discover the knowledge and to conclude it to be theirown knowledge, the children’s direct learning from knowledgeable persons or experts through realexperience.
