บทความนี้นำเสนอแนวคิดเกี่ยวกับ "ปัญญาสะสม" (Collective Intelligence) ซึ่งเป็นการสร้างสรรค์ความรู้ ระดมสมอง ร่วมมือ ถ่ายทอด กิจกรรมกลุ่ม และจัดลำดับขั้นความรู้ โดยใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศอินเทอร์เน็ต และเว็บ (Web 2.0) มาช่วยให้พัฒนาคลังปัญญาสะสมให้มีกระแสข้อมูลที่ต่อเนื่องและมีขนาดใหญ่ขึ้น พัฒนาการของเทคโนโลยีใหม่ๆ ก่อให้เกิดเครือข่ายสังคม การจัดเก็บ เข้าถึง ที่มุ่งไปสู่ความยั่งยืนของความรู้ที่มีอยู่ในตัวตน อันจะช่วยเพิ่มศักยภาพและความสามารถของมนุษย์ เชื่อมโยงระหว่างกันในลักษณะที่เป็นการเติมเต็มความรู้ให้สมบูรณ์

Abstract

This article presents the concept of Collective Intelligence with the creation of knowledge,brainstorm, cooperation, distribution, group activities and co-inheritance hierarchy of knowledge.Collective Intelligence could be supported by using Internet and Web technology (Web 2.0),providing intelligence collectors with a continuous and larger stream. The development of newtechnologies brings about social network, storage and access towards the sustainability of theknowledge contained in the human identity. This will help increase the capacity and capability ofhuman beings; interconnect in a manner that complements the knowledge to attain its completion.
