Abstract

บริบทการสื่อสารได้เปลี่ยนไป ทำให้การสื่อสารทางวิทยาศาสตร์มีลักษณะเป็นการสื่อสารทางวิชาการ มีผลให้วงจรชีวิตจดหมายเหตุดิจิทัลเปลี่ยนจากวงจรชีวิตจดหมายเหตุแบบดั้งเดิม ที่ให้ความสำคัญกับการสงวนรักษาเนื้อหาดิจิทัลให้ถูกต้องและสมบูรณ์ สามารถเข้าถึงและนำกลับมาใช้งานในอนาคตได้ โดยการใช้ซอฟต์แวร์รหัสเปิดที่ปรับใช้ให้เหมาะสมและเทคนิคเกี่ยวกับวิทยาการเข้ารหัสลับ จากขอบเขตภาระหน้าที่ที่เปลี่ยนไปทำให้นักจดหมายเหตุ ต้องทำงานในเชิงรุกมากยิ่งขึ้นและต้องสร้างความร่วมมือกันนักวิชาชีพอื่นอย่างใกล้ชิด รวมทั้งการสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับชุมชนมากขึ้นด้วย

การสร้างเครือข่ายหอจดหมายเหตุมหาวิทยาลัยดิจิทัลนอกจากให้ความสำคัญกับการสงวนรักษาเนื้อหาดิจิทัลแล้ว ยังมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อการแบ่งปันการใช้ทรัพยากรจดหมายเหตุร่วมกัน นอกจากนี้ การสร้างเครือข่ายหอจดหมายเหตุมหาวิทยาลัยดิจิทัลยังต้องให้ความสำคัญกับความสามารถทำงานร่วมกันได้ระหว่างหอจดหมายเหตุท้องถิ่น ที่มีมาตรฐานต่าง ๆ เข้ามาเกี่ยวข้อง ที่อยู่บนพื้นฐานการมีโครงสร้างพื้นฐานทางเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารที่สนับสนุนจะช่วยให้การทำงานร่วมกันได้ประสบความสำเร็จ การใช้การคำนวณบนก้อนเมฆ (Cloud Computing) จะช่วยให้ลดต้นทุนการบำรุงรักษาและพื้นที่จัดเก็บได้

Communicative contexts changed, scientific communicative processchanged to scholarly communicative process. Therefore, a traditionalarchival life cycle absolutely changed to a digital archival life cycle. Thedigital archival life cycle focuses on preservation of digital content inauthenticity and integrity, and can be accessed and retrieved in the future,using customized open source software and cryptographic techniques.From the scope of responsibilities have also changed, the archivists have tomore actively work, to construct closely collaborations with other relatedprofessionals and to make more relationship to their communities.Networking the digital university archives, the builders must focuson preservation of digital content, they also must focus on sharing digitalarchival materials. The local archives in network must be interoperability withthe same related standards and on the potential infrastructure. In addition,cloud computing will help reduce cost of maintenance and storage space.
