การอ้างถึงทีปรากฏในหนังสือหลักราชการพระบาทสมเด็จพระมงกุฎเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว Referencing in King Rama VI's Book of Governing Principles

Abstract

พระราชนิพนธ์หนังสือหลักราชการในพระบาทสมเด็จพระมงกุฎเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัวเพื่อพระราชทานแก่ข้าราชการ ทรงมีพระราชประสงค์เพื่อให้เป็นหลักปฏิบัติแก่ข้าราชการ การศึกษาครั้งนี้ได้ใช้แนวทางการศึกษาจากหนังสือหลักราชการ โดยอาศัยแนวคิดของการอ้างถึงแบบอ้างอิง (References) และการอ้างถึงหรือการเท้าความ(Allusion) แบบภาพพจน์ (Figure of Speech) ผลจากการศึกษาพบลักษณะของการอ้างถึงที่น่าสนใจทั้งหมด 5 ลักษณะ โดยเรียงลำดับการพบมากที่สุดไปน้อยที่สุดได้แก่ การอ้างถึงบุคคลแบบไม่ระบุ การอ้างถึงบุคคลแบบระบุและไม่ระบุ การอ้างถึงสำนวนสุภาษิต การอ้างถึงนิทาน และการอ้างถึงคำประพันธ์ ซึ่งแต่ละลักษณะสะท้อนให้เห็นความสัมพันธ์กับวัตถุประสงค์ของการอ้างถึง วัตถุประสงค์การอ้างถึงที่สำคัญมี 3 ลักษณะ ได้แก่ การอ้างถึงเพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงภาพด้านลบ และการอ้างถึงเพื่อแสดงความเป็นเหตุเป็นผล นอกจากนี้ผลจากการศึกษาวิจัยยังสามารถนำไปพัฒนาเพื่อศึกษาในเรื่องของกลวิธีทางภาษาประเด็นอื่น ๆ ที่สามารถสะท้อนแนวคิดของผู้ใช้ภาษาได้อีกต่อไป

The author has studied the King Rama VI's Book of GoverningPrinciples, instruction which King Rama VI gave to government officials asgoverning principles, based on references and allusion, a type of figure ofspeech.

From the book, the author found that there are 5 types of referencesranking from most to less frequently found. The references found in the bookare first, reference to unspecified person, second, reference to specified andunspecified persons, items and events, third and fourth, reference to proverbsand aphorisms and reference to tales and last, reference to poetry. Every typeof reference reflects its relation to objectives. There are 3 objectives of referencewhich are to avoid negative image, to show cause and effect of the work.Lastly, the research findings can be used to develop study of other languagedevices that can reflect the language users’ ideas.
