Abstract

สุนทรียศาสตร์ หรือศาสตร์ทางความงามนั้นเกิดขึ้นอย่างเป็นทางการตั้งแต่ปีค.ศ. 1750 โดย อเล็กซานเดอร์ กอตตรีบ โบมการ์เด้น (Alexander GottribBaumgaten) นักปรัชญาชาวเยอรมัน เมื่อเวลาผ่านไปได้ถูกถ่ายทอดผ่านประวัติศาสตร์จนกระทั่งมาถึงมุมมองของศิลปินและนักออกแบบที่ยังคงเห็นไปในแนวทางเดียวกันจากจุดเริ่มต้น อย่างไรก็ตามผลกระทบของสังคมส่วนใหญ่ที่เกิดความเปลี่ยนแปลงของวิถีชีวิตด้วยระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและสื่ออันทรงพลังในปัจจุบัน ทำให้ความลึกซึ้งของปรัชญาที่ว่าด้วยเรื่องความงามกลับกลายเป็นเพียงค่านิยม สุนทรียะกับกลายเป็นแฟชั่น เป็นความสวยงามที่มองเห็นได้เพียงภายนอกฉาบฉวย ผิวเผิน การรับรู้ความงามจากสื่อที่เจริญไปด้วยเทคโนโลยีที่ทันสมัยทำให้ค่านิยมเกี่ยวกับความงามของสังคมไทยเปลี่ยนไป

The term of Aesthetics, the art of beauty, was coined in 1750 by aGerman philosopher, Alexander Gottrib Baumgaten. Throughout the history,it has been widely practiced among generations of artist and designer whohave recognized the same core of Baumgaten’s original approach andphilosophy to the beauty from the beginning. However the impact of newtechnology in communication to the society has clouded the core philosophy of Aesthetics. Turning sensation and perception that have defined themeaning of beauty to be only social value. Aesthetics became just a fashionthat is blindly judged the value of beauty based on trend throughout theworld and there is no exception to Thailand as well.
