การศึกษาภาษาจีนพื้นฐานเพื่อการสื่อสารอย่างมีมารยาท Basic Chinese Studies to Appropriately Communicate

Abstract

บทความนี้ทำการวิเคราะห์สาเหตุที่ทำให้คนไทยใช้ภาษาจีนไม่เหมาะสมขณะสื่อสาร โดยวิเคราะห์จากการสัมภาษณ์พูดคุยกับนักศึกษาไทยที่กำลังศึกษาอยู่ณ เมืองอู่ฮั่น จำนวน 25 คน จากการวิเคราะห์พบว่า ความแตกต่างระหว่างภาษาความแตกต่างระหว่างสังคมและวัฒนธรรม การขาดแคลนตำรา และการขาดความรู้ภาษาจีน เป็น 4 สาเหตุหลักที่ทำให้คนไทยใช้ภาษาจีนผิดพลาดขณะสื่อสาร จากนั้นได้นำเสนอความสำคัญของการใช้ภาษาจีนเพื่อการสื่อสารอย่างมีมารยาท เนื่องจากเล็งเห็นว่าการใช้ภาษาจีนอย่างมีมารยาทนั้นจะทำให้การสื่อสารของทั้งสองฝ่ายบรรลุตามวัตถุประสงค์ที่ตั้งไว้ โดยเนื้อหาที่อธิบายพร้อมตัวอย่าง ประกอบไปด้วย4 หมวดพื้นฐาน อันได้แก่ (1) การเรียกขาน (2) การแนะนำ (3) การทักทาย สนทนาและ (4) หมวดย่อยอื่น ๆ นอกจากนี้ ยังได้กล่าวถึงประโยชน์ที่คนไทยจะได้รับจากการสื่อสารภาษาจีนอย่างมีมารยาท พร้อมทั้งนำเสนอข้อเสนอแนะต่าง ๆ ในการใช้ภาษาจีนให้มีประสิทธิภาพขณะทำการสื่อสาร

This research studies analyze reasons of why Thai people areinappropriately communicate. Moreover, the methodology of this researchis interviewing 25 Thai students who are studying in Wuhan. The result ofanalysis shows that language barriers, culture differences, insufficient oflearning material and lack of efficient knowledge in Chinese language arethe 4 main reasons that making Thai people insufficiently use Chinese tocommunicate. It also presents the importance of when using Chinese inproper ways to appropriately communicate in the society. A well-manneredChinese conversation will help the two parties’ message achieve thecommunication objective and message will pass through sender to receivercorrectly and appropriately. The explained information and given examplespresent in this article consist 4 basic elements: (1) addressing individual(2) introducing individual(s) (3) greeting and conversation, and (4) otherssub-topic. Lastly, the article also presents the advantages for Thai peoplewhen they appropriately communicate as well as give suggestions in orderto efficiently communicate in Chinese.
