ความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมของภาคธุรกิจ ในการพัฒนาศักยภาพผู้พิการ Corporate Social Responsibility on Potential Development of Disabled Persons

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 4 ประการ คือ 1. ศึกษาปัญหาอุปสรรคความต้องการในการดำรงชีวิตของผู้พิการ 2. ศึกษาศักยภาพของผู้พิการที่สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของภาคธุรกิจ 3. ศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ของภาคธุรกิจในการตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้พิการ 4. พัฒนาข้อเสนอในการส่งเสริมความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมของภาคธุรกิจที่มีต่อการพัฒนาศักยภาพผู้พิการ โดยใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพและเชิงปริมาณผลการศึกษาพบว่า1. ปัญหาอุปสรรคในการดำรงชีวิตของผู้พิการ คือ 1. ปัญหาอุปสรรคที่เกิดจากตัวผู้พิการ และ 2. ปัญหาอุปสรรคอันเนื่องมาจากสิ่งแวดล้อมที่อยู่ภายนอกตัวผู้พิการ ส่วนความต้องการของผู้พิการ ได้แก่ การยอมรับและความเข้าใจ โอกาสความมั่นคงปลอดภัยในการดำรงชีวิต และการได้รับบริการพื้นฐานที่มีคุณภาพจากภาครัฐ 2. ศักยภาพของผู้พิการที่สอดคล้องกับความต้องการพัฒนาศักยภาพผู้พิการของภาคธุรกิจ คือ ศักยภาพด้านร่างกาย ด้านจิตใจ อารมณ์ ความคิดและความเชื่อ และด้านสังคม 3. ระดับความต้องการพัฒนาศักยภาพผู้พิการของภาคธุรกิจ พบว่าภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก แสดงว่ามีความเป็นไปได้มากที่ภาคธุรกิจจะตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้พิการ4. ข้อเสนอ คือ ภาคธุรกิจควรนำแนวคิด CSR ตามกรอบ ISO 26000 ไปใช้ในการดำเนินธุรกิจให้มากขึ้นโดยเพิ่มประเด็นเรื่องผู้พิการลงไปในทั้ง 7 หัวข้อหลัก

There are 4 objectives on this research 1) study problems, obstacles,and the disabled’s needs for living a life 2) study the disabled’s potentialsthat meet the business sector’s needs 3) study the business sector’spossibilities in responding the disabled’s needs 4) propose suggestions topromote social responsibilities in developing the disabled’s potentials. Thisresearch utilized qualitative and quantitative research methods.The results revealed:1. The disabled’s problems and obstacles in living a life included1) problems and obstacles from the disabled themselves 2) problemsand obstacles from the outer environment. The people with the disabilitiesneeded: acceptance and understanding, opportunities, security in life, andstandardized public services.2. The disabled’s potentials that meet the business sector’s needscomprised Physical potential, mental potential, emotional potential, thinkingand belief potential, and social potential.3. The business sector’s need to develop the disabled’ potentialwas at a high level. This showed that the business sector was likely to respondthe disabled’s needs.4. The suggestions to promote social responsibilities in developing the disabled’s potentials revealed that the business sector should applyCSR with the issue on the people with the disabilities in the 7 core subjectsaccording to ISO 26000 framework.
