การจัดการความรู้ภายใต้กรอบมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิระดับอุดมศึกษาแห่งชาติกับการเรียนวิชาสถิติธุรกิจของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี กรณีศึกษาวิทยาลัยเซาธ์อีสท์บางกอก

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1. ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ปัจจัยการจัดการความรู้ ปัจจัยกรอบมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิระดับอุดมศึกษาแห่งชาติ และผลสัมฤทธิ์การเรียนวิชาสถิติธุรกิจ และ 2. ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนวิชาสถิติธุรกิจโดยการใช้การจัดการความรู้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีที่ลงทะเบียนเรียนในรายวิชาสถิติธุรกิจจำนวน 135 คน ใช้วิธีสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่ายวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วย ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานการแจกแจงทีและไคสแควร์หรือค่าสหสัมพันธ์

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ได้แก่ คณะที่ศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์กับผลสัมฤทธิ์การเรียนวิชาสถิติธุรกิจที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ .05 ปัจจัยการจัดการความรู้ ได้แก่ ด้านการประเมินความรู้ มีความสัมพันธ์กับผลสัมฤทธิ์การเรียนวิชาสถิติธุรกิจในระดับสูงทิศทางบวก และปัจจัยกรอบมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิระดับอุดมศึกษาแห่งชาติ ได้แก่ ด้านความรู้และด้านทักษะทางปัญญา มีความสัมพันธ์กับผลสัมฤทธิ์การเรียนวิชาสถิติธุรกิจในระดับปานกลางทิศทางบวกที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ .01

2. ความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาที่มีต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนวิชาสถิติธุรกิจโดยการใช้การจัดการความรู้อยู่ในระดับมาก ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ .05

Knowledge Management under Thai Qualifications Framework for HigherEducation and Business StatisticsStudies of Undergraduate Students: A Case Study at Southeast Bangkok College

The main purpose of this study was 1) to investigate the relationships between the personal factors and the knowledge management according to the Thai Qualifications Framework for Higher Education and the Business Statistics learning outcomes, 2) to find out the satisfaction of the students towards Business Statistics course management. The samples were the undergraduates who enrolled in the Business Statistics course, the participants were selected 135 students by simple random sampling technique, The data were analysed to find percentages, means, standard deviations, and Chi-squared tests or correlation analyses.

The research findings were following

1. The personal factor such as faculty correlated to Business Statistics learning outcomes at significant level .05; the knowledge management factor like knowledgeassessment had positive correlation with Business Statistics learning outcomes; and the Thai Qualifications Framework for Higher Education such as knowledge and cognitive features had a positive medium relationship Business Statistics learning outcomes at significant level .01.

2. The students’ overall satisfaction towards Business Statistics coursemanagement was at a high level at significant level .05.
