บทคัดย่อ

การศึกษามีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) ศึกษาข้อมูลพื้นฐานบริบทชุมชนเกี่ยวกับ บทบาทและศักยภาพผู้นำชุมชน 2) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อแนวคิดการพัฒนาท้องถิ่นของผู้นำชุมชนในแหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงอารยธรรมอำเภอโนนสูง จังหวัดนครราชสีมา 3) แนวทางพัฒนาศักยภาพผู้นำชุมชนเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาความยากจนของชุมชนแหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงอารยธรรม ตามแนวปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงโดยใช้วิธีการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี โดยเน้นกระบวนการมีส่วนร่วมระหว่างทีมวิจัยกับภาคีในพื้นที่แหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงอารยธรรยธรรม ซึ่งผู้วิจัยค้นหาข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับบริบทผู้นำชุมชนและศักยภาพผู้นำชุมชน โดยวิธีสำรวจภาคสนาม สนทนากลุ่มชาวบ้าน และประเมินศักยภาพผู้นำตามหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง สัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกผู้นำชุมชน และศึกษาดูงานเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงเพื่อประชุมแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้แนวทางพัฒนาศักยภาพผู้นำ

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ผู้นำชุมชนส่วนใหญ่มีความตั้งใจ ช่วยเหลือ และได้รับความศรัทธาจากคนในชุมชน สำหรับการประเมินศักยภาพผู้นำชุมชนตามหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงภาพรวม พบว่า ศักยภาพที่มีคะแนนมากที่สุด คือ ผู้นำมีบทบาททำงานอย่างโปร่งใส 2) สำหรับปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการพัฒนาท้องถิ่นของผู้นำชุมชนพบว่า มี 5 ด้าน ได้แก่ จิตใจ สังคม ทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ เศรษฐกิจ เทคโนโลยี และ 3) แนวทางพัฒนาศักยภาพผู้นำตามหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง 4 ด้าน ได้แก่บุคลิกภาพ ความรู้ ทักษะ และภาวะผู้นำที่ส่งเสริมให้คนในชุมชนรู้จักวิเคราะห์ศักยภาพสร้างพลังแก้จนด้วยการปลูกฝังจิตสำนึกความพอเพียงมาพัฒนาการดำเนินชีวิตต่อไป

Abstract

The study had been proposed to 1) to study and collect some primary data related to community context such as leaders’ roles and ability, 2) to study the factors effecting the leaders’ ideas towards the community and local administrative processes within the civilized and tourism attractions, Non Soong, Nakhon Ratchasima 3) to find the ways to enhance leaders’ capability to solve the poverty issues in accordance with Sufficient Economy Philosophy within civilized. The research had Mixed Method Research and focus on participatory research methodology. Researchers had collected data by using field trip survey, focus groups and the assessment leaders’ capability according to the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy in order to explore community leaders’ context and their capability. Moreover, in-depth interview for community leaders. Together with the field trip providing knowledge about Sufficiency Economy Philosophy for community leaders enhancement courses.

The result showed that 1) Most of leaders were ready to devote themselves for community and were get respect from community. 2) The factors effecting the leaders’ ideas towards the community and local administrative processes found that there were altogether five factors influencing the community and local administrative processes which were; mental, social development, natural resources and environment development, economic development and technological development. Therefore, 3) The methods to development leaders’ capability in accordance with Sufficiency Economy Philosophy in four aspects; personality, knowledge skill, leadership roles to using their understanding and determination and the cultivation of sufficiency mind according to the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy to villagers to prevent them from poverty and lived their lives happily.
