Abstract
The purposes of this study were: 1) to investigate the quality of life of commissioned officers, deputy Inspectors of Metropolitan Police Division 5. 2) to investigate the factors that affect the quality of life of commissioned officers, deputy Inspectors of Metropolitan Police Division 5.
The study was conducted in a quantitative manner. The sample was selected using.
The samples were taken from 474 police officers from 2 departments. The 2 departments were commissioned officers and deputy Inspectors of Metropolitan Police Division 5.
This study has 95% confidence and a 5% rejectable quality level. According to the study's findings, six aspects have a significant impact on police officers' quality of life: 1) The financial aspect. Appropriate remuneration for the position, which has an average of 3.21. 2) The work aspect. The influence of employment on one's emotions, which has an average of 3.83. 3) The work environment aspect. Clean and Suitable workplace, which has a 3.63 average. 4) The career path and professional success aspect. Being recognized by the organization, which has an average of 3.54. 5) The workplace relationship aspect. Relationship between personnel within the organization, which has an average of 3.88. 6) The work-life balance aspect. A work-life balance from the job, which has an average of 3.50. This aspect has the highest average point of all.
Based on the major findings, it was suggested that the following changes be made at the policy level, as follows: 1) At the Royal Thai Police's managerial level, a regular survey should be conducted to determine whether the job has a detrimental impact on the quality of life of police officers. It is also necessary to develop a policy that will affect the success of police officers. 2) At the administrative level of the police station, a relaxing event for police officers should be organized. Also, suitable welfare for the police officers as well.
