บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อสร้างแผนยุทธศาสตร์การท่องเที่ยวชุมชน และการประยุกต์ใช้ระบบภูมิสารสนเทศในการสร้างแผนที่ท่องเที่ยวชุมชนแหลมผักเบี้ย อำเภอบ้านแหลม จังหวัดเพชรบุรี โดยมีกลุ่มตัวอย่างจากผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการท่องเที่ยวชุมชนแหลมผักเบี้ย 12 ท่าน และประชาชนในชุมชนแหลมผักเบี้ย 20 ท่าน โดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก และนำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์โดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาเพื่อหาความถี่ ร้อยละ และค่าเฉลี่ย
ผลการศึกษาได้สร้าง วิสัยทัศน์การท่องเที่ยวชุมชนแหลมผักเบี้ย คือ “แหลมผักเบี้ย ต้นทางทราย ปลายทางเกลือ ชุมชนยั่งยืน น่าอยู่น่าเที่ยว ธรรมชาติสมบูรณ์ เกื้อกูลถิ่นวิถี เน้นการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน” และได้สร้างยุทธศาสตร์การท่องเที่ยวชุมชนแหลมผักเบี้ย 5 ด้าน คือ 1) การพัฒนาคุณภาพการท่องเที่ยวและกิจกรรมการท่องเที่ยว 2) การพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากรในการท่องเที่ยวชุมชนและการต้อนรับที่ดี การมีเครือข่ายการท่องเที่ยวชุมชน 3) การบริหารจัดการการท่องเที่ยวชุมชน เช่น แผนการพัฒนาท่องเที่ยวแบบมีส่วนร่วม 4) การพัฒนาและปรับปรุงสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก การให้บริการ และความปลอดภัยสำหรับนักท่องเที่ยว และ 5) การส่งเสริมการตลาดและประชาสัมพันธ์ การสร้าง MASCOT และพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ชุมชน และนำมาบูรณาการกับระบบภูมิสารสนเทศสร้างเป็น 2 เส้นทางท่องเที่ยวชุมชน คือ 1) การเรียนรู้ระบบนิเวศป่าชายเลนแหลมผักเบี้ย (พักกายพักใจในแหลมผักเบี้ย) 2) เส้นทางศึกษาวิถีชีวิตประมงชายฝั่งแหลมผักเบี้ย (Unseen แหลมผักเบี้ย)
