การใช้ถ้อยคำแสดงเกียรติคุณในหนังสืออนุสรณ์งานศพ: กรณีศึกษาพระราชประวัติของสตรีสูงศักดิ์

บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการใช้ถ้อยคำแสดงเกียรติคุณที่สื่อถึงความเป็นผู้หญิงในหนังสืออนุสรณ์งานศพ และบทบาทความเป็นผู้หญิงที่สื่อสะท้อนผ่านกลวิธีทางภาษา กลุ่มข้อมูลที่ใช้ศึกษาคือ พระราชประวัติในหนังสืออนุสรณ์งานศพของสตรีสูงศักดิ์ที่เผยแพร่ตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2463 - 2499 จำนวน 6 เล่ม ผลการศึกษาพบว่า กลวิธีทางภาษาที่เสนอภาพความเป็นผู้หญิงมี 3 กลวิธี ได้แก่ การใช้ถ้อยคำแสดงฐานะ การใช้ถ้อยคำแสดงพื้นที่ และการใช้ถ้อยคำแสดงคุณลักษณะ กลวิธีภาษาดังกล่าวสามารถสื่อสะท้อนบทบาทความเป็นผู้หญิงได้ 5 บทบาท ได้แก่ บทบาทความเป็นลูก บทบาทความเป็นภรรยา บทบาทความเป็นแม่ บทบาทความเป็นเจ้านาย และบทบาทความเป็นผู้รับคำสั่ง
