บทบาทของระบบการบริหารจัดการเรียนรู้ (LMS) ต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนในยุคปกติถัดไป

บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาและวิเคราะห์บทบาทรวมถึงเครื่องมือของระบบการบริหารจัดการเรียนรู้ (Learning Management System: LMS) ที่มีส่วนสำคัญในการสนับสนุนการจัดการเรียนการสอน ในยุคปกติถัดไป ซึ่งเป็นช่วงเวลาที่การศึกษาเผชิญการเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็วจากการพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลและความจำเป็นของการเรียนรู้ที่ยืดหยุ่น วิธีการศึกษาใช้การทบทวนวรรณกรรม (Literature Review) จากงานวิจัย เอกสารวิชาการ และแหล่งข้อมูลออนไลน์ เพื่อรวบรวมองค์ความรู้เกี่ยวกับฟังก์ชันของ LMS และแนวทางการประยุกต์ใช้ในการเรียนการสอนรูปแบบต่าง ๆ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า LMS มีบทบาทสำคัญในการสนับสนุนการจัดการเรียนรู้ทั้งในด้านการจัดการเนื้อหา การสื่อสารระหว่างผู้สอนและผู้เรียนการประเมินผล และการติดตามพัฒนาการของผู้เรียน โดย LMS ช่วยส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นศูนย์กลาง (Learner-Centered Learning) สนับสนุนการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้แบบ Active Learning และเอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้แบบออนไลน์ ผสมผสาน และไฮบริด นอกจากนี้ LMS ยังมีศักยภาพในการรองรับเทคโนโลยีขั้นสูง เช่น Learning Analytics และปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) เพื่อปรับเส้นทางการเรียนรู้ให้เหมาะสมกับผู้เรียนรายบุคคล องค์ความรู้ที่ได้สามารถนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ในการออกแบบหลักสูตร การพัฒนานวัตกรรมการสอน และการวางนโยบายด้านเทคโนโลยีเพื่อการศึกษา เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของผู้เรียนและรูปแบบการศึกษายุคปกติถัดไปได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
