The Development of Application on Android OS’s System for House Inspection before Transferring

Abstract

         The research aimed at 1) developing the application on Android OS’s system for house inspection before transferring 2) assessing its qualities and 3) investigating the sample’s satisfaction. The population was house buyers or general people who were interested in using the application for house inspection before transferring. The sample consisted of 15 house buyers or general people who were interested in the area of Nakornpathom Province, obtained by the purposive sampling. The statistics used were the frequency, the percentage, the mean, and, the standard deviation (S.D.). The findings were as follows: 1) The application with 9 sections on Android OS’s system for house inspection before transferring was developed. 2) According to the assessment on the quality by the 3 experts on computer technology, it showed that in overall it was at a very good level. ( = 4.56; S.D. = 0.58). 3) According to the assessment on contents by the 3 experts on construction technology, it revealed that in overall it was at a very good level ( = 4.71; S.D. 0.42). 4) From the satisfaction evaluation, it was found that the sample was most satisfied ( = 4.51; S.D. = 0.53). In conclusion, it would be said that the application on Android OS’s system for house inspection before transferring could be used and processed via smart phones effectively.
