The Development of Applications for Estimate Formwork In Reinforced Concrete Structure on Android OS’s System

Abstract

          This research purposed 1) to create an application to calculate the area and the amount of concreted cast irons in reinforced concrete on Android operation system, 2) to evaluate the quality of application to calculate and the amount of concreted cast irons in reinforced concrete on Android operation system and 3) to study the satisfaction of samples who used an application to calculate the area and the amount of concreted cast irons in reinforced concrete on Android operation system. The samples of this research was 15 persons which were chose by purposive sampling. Frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation were used as the data analysis. The result found an application to calculate the area and the amount of concreted cast irons in reinforced concrete on Android operation system was evaluated by the experts in computer technology and construction technology in the excellent rate. Moreover, the overall satisfaction of an application to calculate the area and the amount of concreted cast irons in reinforced concrete on Android operation system for users was also in excellent rate which the average score was 4.52, standard deviation was 0.50. The item which had the highest score was “Application was easy for beginners.”. It could calculate the area of concreted cast irons. As a result, an application to calculate the area and the amount of concreted cast irons in reinforced concrete on Android operation system could be applied to mobile phones in Andriod operation system effectively.
