The Development of Learning Management System Using Information Technology in College Under Institute of Vocational Education

Abstract
The objective of this research was to develop a learning management system using information technology in colleges under the Institute of Vocational Education, determine the quality of the system and determine the efficiency of the system. Researcher used eight steps for system development as research methodology. Research sample is 35 teachers who are teaching in the subject of information technology system. From the results, it was found that the developed system consisted of seven parts: learning management system, planning, analysis, design, development, application and evaluation. Quality of the developed system is in good level (= 4.29, S.D. = 0.62) according to the hypothesis. The efficiency of the system is 83.07/81.74 for theory part and 88.06 for practical part which are according to hypothesis.
