A Case Study on Graduates’ Satisfaction towards Business Administration Curriculum in Management, Human Resource Management Program, Faculty of Business Administration, Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon

Abstract

          The study was a survey research. It aimed to investigate graduates’ satisfaction towards Business Administration in Management, Human Resource Management Program, Faculty of Business Administration, Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The population were 29 graduates from Human Resource Management Program, Faculty of Business Administration, Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon in the academic year of 2019. The research instrument employed to collect data was a questionnaire. The statistics included percentage, mean, and standard deviation (S.D.).

        The results revealed as followed:

        Most of the respondents were female and had the target of having a stable job after graduation. Regarding the graduates’ satisfaction towards Business Administration Curriculum, it was found that in overall, it was at the high level. Most graduates firstly suggested that some courses in Business Administration Curriculum should be updated in accordance with the modern information technology era. Secondly, the teaching equipment should be checked to be always ready to use. Furthermore, the academic content in the activity teaching should be reduced, the textbooks were not enough to find information, the classroom environment should be improved. Moreover, learning to basic programs that need to be put into practice should be added more, a package should be applied to the actual practice, news should be communicated to students to understand easily, fast and not complicated, the classroom should have more teaching and learning facilities, the course content was not up to date as compared to other universities, quest-speakers with real experiences should be provided more to pass on more knowledge, the place to do activities was not enough for the students, and some courses were out of date.
