Confirmatory Factor Analysis of Digital Competency for Vocational Teacher to Support Thailand

Abstract
The objective of this research was to confirmatory factor analysis of digital competencies for vocational teacher to support Thailand 4.0. This research was quantitative research. The data was collected from 690 teachers of Office of the Vocational Education commission by using questionnaire. The data was analyzed by confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). It was found that: digital competencies for vocational teacher consisted of three levels including level 1 basic skills consisted of 3 areas: 17 core competencies, 69 sub-competencies had the factor loadings between .60-.97, level 2 Basic skills for the workplace consisted of 3 areas: 19 core competencies, 60 sub-competencies, and level 3 applied skills for work consisted of three areas; 12 core competencies, 39 sub-competencies with statistically significant at .01 level.
