Abstract
The purpose of this research is to 1) Study the conditions and guidelines for Cooperation
networks developing model for increase quality of vocational graduates with TQF:VEd :
Case study of Wiangpapao Technical College. 2) Establish Cooperation networks developing model for increase quality of vocational graduates with TQF:VEd: Case study of Wiangpapao Technical College. 3. Trail and evaluation Cooperation networks developing model for increase quality of vocational graduates with TQF:VEd : Case study of
Wiangpapao Technical College. The research was conducted in three parts such as; Part 1; population for inquiring of 45 administrators and teachers 45 and interviews by guidelines for cooperation networks developing model with 5 professional acquired by purposive sampling. Part 2; Focus group of 7 professional for Establish Cooperation networks developing model and assessing the appropriateness and feasibility of the model by 5 professional acquired by purposive sampling. Part 3; Trail Model by sample group for inquiring of 40 administrators and teachers, 45 establishments and community cooperation networks acquired by purposive sampling and 221 students acquired by stratified random sampling and simple random sampling. Research instruments use the questionnaire and report form, percentage, average, standard deviation and content analysis.
The research results
- The conditions and guidelines for Cooperation networks developing model for
increase quality of vocational graduates with TQF:VEd: Case study of Wiangpapao Technical College has the average values are in the middle level. Conclusion of guidelines for Cooperation networks developing model for increase quality of vocational graduates with TQF:VEd : Case study of Wiangpapao Technical College such as the target for Cooperation networks developing model; operational process for Cooperation networks developing model, scope for cooperation and the monitoring and evaluation for Cooperation networks developing model.
- The Cooperation networks developing model created has 4 elements. There are the target for Cooperation networks developing model; operational process for Cooperation networks developing model; scope for cooperation and; the monitoring and evaluation for Cooperation networks developing model.
- The results of the trial and evaluation using Cooperation networks developing model for increase quality of vocational graduates with TQF:VEd: Case study of Wiangpapao Technical College.
3.1 Operations of Cooperation networks developing model for increase quality of vocational graduates with TQF:VEd: Case study of Wiangpapao Technical College by 4 projects such as the target for Cooperation networks developing model; operational process for Cooperation networks developing model; scope for cooperation and; the monitoring and evaluation for Cooperation networks developing model. The results showed that. 1) The satisfaction of the participants in all 4 projects, in general, the average value is at the highest level. 2) Achievement of all 4 project participants in the overall, the average is at a high level, representing 85.40%.
3.2 Evaluation of Cooperation networks developing model for increase quality of vocational graduates with TQF:VEd: Case study of Wiangpapao Technical College.

3.2.2 Success of vocational graduates the High School in the job or self –employed hundreds of things overall 95.12
3.2.3 The amount of 28 establishments and community cooperation networks
increase after using Cooperation networks developing model for increase quality of vocational graduates with TQF:VEd: Case study of Wiangpapao Technical College.
3.2.4 Opinion of administrators and teachers, establishments and community cooperation networks about Cooperation networks developing model for increase quality of vocational graduates with TQF:VEd: Case study of Wiangpapao Technical College the mean is at a high level.
