Abstract

The development a model of administration of Don Mueang Technical College to raise the quality of education according to the educational standards of college. The objectives were to 1) To study the problems of the college administration model of Don Mueang Technical College to raise the quality of education according to educational standards of college 2) To develop a model of administration of Don Mueang Technical College to raise the quality of education according to educational standards of college 3) To test the model of administration of Don Mueang Technical College for raising the quality of education according to the educational standards of college; and 4) To assess the style of college administration of  Don Mueang technique to raise the quality of education according to the educational standards of college. The population and samples were administrators, teachers and educational personnel and students. The tools used to collect data are questionnaires and surveys. The data were analyzed with the software package and the statistics used were mean () and standard deviation (σ).The result found that.

1. 1. The results of a study on the problem of the administration model Don Mueang Technical College to raise the quality of education according to the educational standards of college. Overall, the problem was at a moderate level.

The results of the development of the administration model of Don Mueang Technical College to raise the quality of education according to the educational standards of college found that there were 11 components: 1) Administration 2) Leadership 3) Curriculum Development 4) Learning Management Teaching 5) Teacher and Educational Personnel Development 6) Learner Development 7) Morality, Ethics and Shared Values ​​8) Participation and Cooperation Network 9) Environmental and Landscape Management 10)Information and Communication Technology and 11) Educational Quality Assurance.

The results of the experiment on using the model of administration of Don Mueang Technical College to raise the quality of education according to the educational standards of the college found that the results of the educational quality assessment according to the educational standards of the college. The self-assessment report (SAR) for the academic year 2020, the overall assessment result is 83.51, which is higher than the academic year 2019 with the overall assessment result of 76.60 and the academic year 2018 with the overall assessment result of 80.10, respectively.
