THE DEVELOPMENT OF LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR U-LEARNING TO THE VOCATIONAL EDUCATION The Development of Learning Management System for U-Learning to the Vocational Education

Abstract
The objective of this research was to develop a learning management system for ubiquitous learning to Vocational Education and Training, determine the quality of the learning management system for ubiquitous learning to Vocational Education . Researcher used seven steps for system development as research methodology, namely: (1) study the problem , (2) requirements analysis, (3) system design, (4) Designing the case study, (5) system testing, (6) system evaluation, (7) implementation. Research sample is 45 teachers who are teaching In Bachelor's degree under the Institute of Vocational Education : Eastern Region
From the results, it was found that the developed system consisted of five parts : 1) Course Management 2) Content Management 3) Test and Evaluation System 4) Communication System and 5) Data Management System. Quality of the developed system is in very good level ( = 4.52)
