Abstract
This research is Research & Development, the application of the working principles of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej to the management of the College of Agriculture and Technology, Bang Sai Arts and Crafts Center. The objective of this study was to study the model of the work principle of His Majesty King Rama 9 to apply in the administration of the College of Agriculture and Technology, Bang Sai Arts and Crafts Center, to study the opinions of personnel on the working principle of His Majesty the King. 9 to apply in the management of College of Agriculture and Technology, Bang Sai Arts and Crafts Center and to prepare a manual on how to apply the working principles of His Majesty King Rama 9 to the management of the College of Agriculture and Technology, Bang Sai Arts and Crafts Center. The population used in the study was 48 personnel of the College of Agriculture and Technology, Bang Sai Arts and Crafts Center. structured interview The statistics used were percentage, mean, and standard deviation.
The results of the study found that :-
The work principles of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej, all 23 items can be applied as a form of administration of the College of Agriculture and Technology, Bang Sai Arts and Crafts Center 65 indicators. King Rama 9 applied in the administration of College of Agriculture and Technology, Bang Sai Arts and Crafts Center. Overall, it was at the highest level (μ = 4.74). King Rama 9 applied in the administration of College of Agriculture and Technology, Bang Sai Arts and Crafts Center, with the form and standard of management in 4 areas, namely, personnel, management, organization, and educational institution development plans.
