Opinions of Entrepreneurs on Performance Competencies of Cooperative Education in the Workplace According to Thai Qualifications Framework (TQF) for Higher Education of Management Students, Faculty of Business Administration, Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon

Abstract
The purpose of this research was to study entrepreneurs' opinions on performance competencies of cooperative Education in the workplace according to Thai Qualifications Framework (TQF) for Higher Education of management students, Faculty of Business Administration, Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The population were 105 owners of the establishment or the persons assigned to supervise the cooperative education students, in management major, Faculty of Business Administration, Rajamangala University of Technology, who worked in semester 2/2022. Data collection is done through questionnaires and statistics, which are used to analyze the data, namely percentage, mean and standard deviation.
The results of the research revealed that most of the respondents were female in the age range of 21 – 40 years old, having a bachelor’s degree and less than 10 years of work experience, as well as serving as mentors for cooperative education students. Concerning the opinions on performance Competencies of cooperative Education in the workplace according to Thai Qualifications Framework for Higher Education (TQF). Overall, it was at a high level ( = 4.41). When considering each side, it showed that the aspect with the highest level of opinion was morality and ethics (
= 4.67) and inter-personal skills and responsibilities (
= 4.66). The aspects that have opinions at a high level were skills in numerical analysis, communication, and use of information technology (
= 4.29) and followed by knowledge (
= 4.23) and intellectual skills (
= 4.23), respectively.
