Abstract
The objective of this research was to study and compare the form of contracts and collateral for the design work or construction supervision work of the Comptroller General with government agencies and contractors. Study of factors affecting the preparation of contracts and collateral of government agencies and contractors, and study factors affecting the preparation of contracts and collateral of government agencies and contractors.
From the study, it can be concluded that the factors affecting the preparation of contracts and collateral for the design work or construction supervision work are: 1. Construction supervision employment agreement 2. Duties of construction supervision service providers 3. Design Agreement 4. Documents as part of the contract 5. The form of contract preparation and collateral for the design work or construction supervision work of the agency is based on the form of the Comptroller General's Department, the guidelines for the improvement of the form of contract preparation and collateral for the design or supervision of construction work are: 1. Scope of the agreement and attachment to the contract 2. Warranty for defects 3. Rights and duties of the parties and delivery Parcel Inspection or Employment Inspection 4. Name and address of the contracting party 5. Signature of the contracting party In addition, the guidelines for the form of contracts and guarantees for the design or supervision of construction work of government agencies have been set to the same standard.
