Role of College Administrators on Promoting Classroom Research in Nakhon Nayok Technical College บทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในการส่งเสริมการทำวิจัยของครู ในวิทยาลัยเทคนิคนครนายก

Abstract
The objectives of this research were 1) to study the roles of administrators in Nakon Nayok Teachnical College and guidelines for problem solving to promote research among teachers in Nakhon Nayok Technical College, and, 2) to make policy recommendations and practices for administrators in Nakhon Nayok Technical College to promote research among teachers in Nakhon Nayok Technical College. The sample group used in the research was 123 teachers from Nakhon Nayok Technical College in the academic year 2022. The tool was a questionnaire regarding the order of problems faced by administrators in promoting research among teachers at Nakhon Nayok Technical College. Data was analyzed using frequency, mean, and standard deviation. The results of the research found that the overall results of the study were at a high level, ranked from highest to lowest as follows: 1) Promoting the success of research 2) Having responsibility for teachers who do research. 3) Giving importance to research 4) Giving respect to teachers who do research 5) Promoting career advancement for teachers who do research.
Concerning the policy and practical recommendations, it showed that 1) there should be a clear policy to promote research; 2) budget allocation for meetings, training, and seminars on research; 3) there should be an explanatory meeting to let teachers know the policy, objectives and importance of doing research, and provision of documents, textbooks, equipment, as well as various facilities to promote research; 4) there should always be promotion of training, seminars, and workshops; 5) supervision and monitoring should be made; and; 6) the teachers’ work should be published occasionally and appropriately. There should be a policy to consider merit, guest-speaker invitations to provide knowledge about research and selection of teachers with outstanding work as well as promoting them as academic leaders and praising them, such as, certificates or certificates of honor.
