Roles and responsibilities of authors (Duties of authors)
- Authors must not distort data or create false information in the research report.
- The work submitted for publication must not contain any plagiarism of their own or others' academic work, and must include complete and accurate citations.
- The work submitted for publication must not be under consideration for publication in any other academic journal or publication, and must not have been previously published anywhere.
- All authors listed in the article must have made a significant contribution to the research.
- All authors listed in the article must have agreed to submit the manuscript to the journal for consideration for publication.
Duties and responsibilities of reviewers.
- Reviewers must evaluate articles impartially and without bias in their judgment.
- Reviewers must maintain confidentiality and not disclose information about the article they are reviewing to other individuals while the article has not been published.
- If a reviewer has a conflict of interest with the author, such as knowing the author personally or being a collaborator on a project, which prevents them from providing an independent opinion, the reviewer must inform the editorial board.
- If a reviewer discovers that an author has violated ethical standards, such as distorting research, using false research, or plagiarizing other work, they must inform the editorial board.
Duties and responsibilities of the editorial team
- Editors must check for plagiarism and suspend or reject publication evaluations.
- Editors must evaluate articles fairly and without bias, using qualified experts in the relevant field.
- Editors must not have any conflicts of interest with authors or reviewers.
- Editors must not disclose author and reviewer information to unrelated individuals, nor disclose the content or information of the article before it has been published.
- Editors may withdraw an article without the author's consent if they discover that the article has been improperly plagiarized or contains falsified information.
- Editors must not select articles for publication based on the author's benefit or the journal's benefit, without considering the reviewers' evaluation results.
- Editors must not be involved in the selection decision of articles in which they have a vested interest or in which they are the author.
- Editors must not request citations to increase the number of citations (Citation) or the Journal Impact Factor for their own work or that of their associates in the journal.
