มานุษยวิทยาการเกษตร: จากมุมมองมนุษย์เป็นศูนย์กลางสู่เครือข่ายผู้กระทำการ

บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้นำเสนอการเปลี่ยนแปลงเชิงแนวคิดในมานุษยวิทยาการเกษตร โดยเปลี่ยนจากการมองการเกษตรโดยเน้นที่เกษตรกรเป็นศูนย์กลาง ไปสู่การทำความเข้าใจการเกษตรในฐานะเครือข่ายความสัมพันธ์ที่ประกอบด้วยทั้งมนุษย์และสิ่งที่ไม่ใช่มนุษย์ บทความเริ่มต้นจากการทบทวนแนวคิดของ Robert E. Rhoades ซึ่งมีบทบาทสำคัญในการยกระดับความรู้และบทบาทของเกษตรกรในงานพัฒนา แต่ยังคงมีข้อจำกัดในการอธิบายความซับซ้อนของระบบเกษตรร่วมสมัยที่ถูกกำกับโดยเทคโนโลยี ตลาด และโครงสร้างระดับโลก บทความเสนอว่ามุมมองด้านมานุษยวิทยาการเกษตรสามารถขยับกรอบการวิเคราะห์ไปสู่แนวคิดร่วมสมัย ได้แก่ Actor-Network Theory และแนวคิดแบบมากกว่ามนุษย์ เพื่อทำความเข้าใจเกษตรกรรมในฐานะเครือข่ายความสัมพันธ์ที่อำนาจและความเป็นผู้กระทำการถูกกระจายอยู่ในตัวแสดงที่หลากหลาย การเปลี่ยนผ่านดังกล่าวช่วยให้มานุษยวิทยาการเกษตรสามารถอธิบายพลวัตของระบบเกษตรและอาหารในโลกปัจจุบัน และเปิดพื้นที่ให้การวิเคราะห์เชื่อมโยงกับประเด็นร่วมสมัยได้มากขึ้น
