PEOPLE’S SATISFACTION TO THE ACTINGS OF THE SUBDISTRICT HEADMAN AND THE VILLAGE HEADMAN OF NAKA SUBDISTRICT MANCHAKHIRI DISTRICT KHON KAEN PROVINCE

This research has the aims to study: 1) the people’s satisfaction to the headman
villages’ performance in Nakha sub-district, Munchakhiri district, Khon kaen province, 2) the
suggestions to develop the headman villages’ performance in Nakha sub-district,
Munchakhiri district, Khon kaen province. The researcher collected the data from 384
respondents by the questionnaires, and analyzed the data by percentage, mean, and
standard deviation statistics. The results were as follows:
1.The respondents, 57.0 percent, were female, and 43.0 percent were female. The
respondents, 26.0 percent, were age between 51-60 years old, 23.20 percent were age
between 41-50 years old, 14.10 percent were age above 61 years old, 13.50 percent were
age between 31-40 years old, 12.50 percent were age between 21-30 years old, and 10.70
percent were age under 21 years old. The respondents, 31.50 percent, were graduated
secondary school, 29.20 percent were graduated primary school, 23.70 percent were
graduated higher secondary school, 10.20 percent were graduated bachelor degree, and 5.50
percent were graduated higher than bachelor degree. The respondents, 50.50 percent, were
farmers, 20.60 percent werelabours, 20.10 percent were state officers, 10.70 percent were
students, 6.50 percent were state enterprise officers, and 3.10 percent were freelance.
- The overall satisfaction of the people to the headman villages’ performance was
at high mean level ) ̅=4.09 (, the aspect of performance ) ̅= 3.95 (characteristics ̅= 4.16,
(satisfaction) ̅= 4.18.
- There were 3 suggestions from this study: 1) the headman villages should
performance to responds the need of the people as quick as possible especially the
eradication of drug in the village , and village policy to respond the real need of the people,
2) the headman villages should be easy or convenient to contact with honesty and sincerity
to listen the problems of the people, and 3) the headman villages should inform the village
developing budget to the people in the village, and they should be proud as the leader
of the community.
