Information For Authors

Interested in submitting to this journal? We recommend that you review the About the Journal page for the journal's section policies, as well as the Author Guidelines. Authors need to register with the journal prior to submitting or, if already registered, can simply log in and begin the five-step process.

Authors are encouraged to study the details and adjust the format of their articles according to the guidelines available on the online journal website. The original article, along with a non-duplicate publication confirmation form, must be submitted through the online journal system. The steps are as follows:

  1. Format and Structure Check: Ensure the format, structure, and basic content of the article align with the journal's requirements, considering the editorial team's guidelines.

  2. Initial Review: Once the article is correctly formatted, it will be sent to three experts for a blind peer review, which typically takes about 4-6 weeks, depending on the availability of the reviewers.

  3. Review Outcome:

    • If the article passes the review, the editorial team will send the review results to the author for necessary revisions. This process may take 1-2 weeks.
    • If all three experts do not approve the article, the editorial team will reject the submission. However, if at least two out of three experts approve, the article may proceed.
  4. Revisions: Authors must submit revised versions of the article through the same submission system without creating a new submission.

  5. Revision Deadline: Authors must return the revised article within 4 weeks after receiving the notification from the online journal system. Failure to do so will result in unconditional rejection by the editorial team.

  6. Final Review: After revisions, the article undergoes a final CopyCatch review. If the revised article contains more than 20% duplicate content, the author will be asked to revise it until the duplication is reduced below 20%. Only then will the article be accepted for publication.

  7. Article Fee: The journal charges an article fee of 3,000 baht per submission. Authors must register and pay the fee through the system by transferring the amount to Krung Thai Bank, account name "Money Outside the Budget, Mahamakut Rajavidyalaya University Northeastern Campus," account number 405-6-06481-4. Please note that if the article has already been sent for expert evaluation, the fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
