The Knowledge Management and The Communication of Innovation Management Garbage in Household by Community Integrated Model of Local Government Areas Chiang Rai Province.

Abstract

Knowledge management and integrated innovation transmission for household and community in Chiang Rai local administrative organization. This purpose was to transmit knowledge on origin source sorting of waste and Innovation for waste management each category in household and community levels by collaborative project among 5 of Chiang Rai Local Administrative Organizations, They have selected 5 strengthening communities as a target representative then they also have transmitted knowledge on origin source of sorting waste and innovation for waste management of household and community level as the principle of Community Based Solid Waste Management (CBM). It was found that there were 336 participants from strengthening community participated, who have sorted origin source of waste from operational mode and being continued mode. For Innovation application on organic waste was found that pot-rest fertilizer, green cone was in operational mode and being continued and innovation for recycle waste management which the most applications were applied such as sorting on sale for waste bank or buyers. In addition, communities have contributed to brainstorm for new recycle waste management system as merit junk waste but general waste management and harmful waste, all communities have provided a waste location for assembly in the village then local authorities, they properly in charge for waste disposal. As a result of household and community waste management, they substantially affected quantity of reduced waste, reduced waste fee payment, reduced environmental problems, waste income from sale and surroundings in community has been improved.
