EFFICIENCY OF PUBLIC SERVICES ACCORDING TO THE PRINCIPLE OF ITTHIPADA 4 IN NONSILA SUB-DISTRICT MUNICIPALITY NONSILA DISTRICT KHON KAEN PROVINCE

Abstract

This research aims to 1) study the efficiency level of public services according to the principles of Itthipatha 4 2) compare the efficiency of public services according to the principles of Itthipatha 4, classified by gender, age, and educational level, and 3) Study suggestions for efficiency in public services according to the 4 principles of Iddhipada of Non Sila Subdistrict Municipality, Non Sila District, Khon Kaen Province. This research is a quantitative research. Survey data from a research sample of people aged 18 years and over who are in the civil registry. Located in Non Sila Subdistrict Municipality, Non Sila District, Khon Kaen Province. The sample size was 357 people, using a questionnaire to collect data from 357 samples and analyzing the data using statistics such as frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation, t-test, analysis of variance. One-way ANOVA and LSD. The research findings are as follows: 1) Overall, the public has a high level of opinion regarding the efficiency of public service according to Itthipada 4 in Non Sila Sub-District Municipality, Non Sila District, Khon Kaen Province. 2) The results of comparing public opinion on the effectiveness of public services according to Itthipada 4 of Nonsila Subdistrict Municipality, Nonsila District, Khon Kaen Province, indicate that there is no significant difference in the opinions regarding the effectiveness of public services based on Itthipada 4 among the male and female population. However, when considering different age groups and levels of education among the population, there is a statistically significant difference in the opinions regarding the effectiveness of public services based on Itthipada 4 at a significance level of 0.05. 3) Suggestions regarding the efficiency of public service according to Itthipada 4 in Non Sila Sub-District Municipality, Non Sila District, Khon Kaen Province, include the need for public involvement in monitoring the performance of public services to ensure transparency, participation in policy-making for local development, and comprehensive monitoring of local governance through online media and public relations boards. It is recommended to involve the public in meetings with local government organizations.
