The purpose of this research was to study and compare the input factors. The production process of police cadets and the consequences for police cadets. During the Police Cadet Course 2016 and 2017, Provincial Police Training Center Region 4. The results of the research showed that: Input Factor The opinion of the instructors and trainers on the curriculum policy differed statistically significantly at the level of .01. There was no statistically significant difference at the .05 level of subjects. The characteristics of teachers and trainers, the characteristics of police cadets, and resource factors, the opinions of teachers and trainers and police cadets did not differ statistically significantly at the level of .05. The production process of police cadets consists of: Management of the teaching curriculum of teachers and trainers, the learning characteristics of police cadets, and the preparation of teaching materials and learning materials. The opinions of teachers, trainers, and police cadets did not differ statistically significantly at the level of .05. The results of the police cadets include the quality of the police cadets. Satisfaction of Police Cadets The opinions of teachers, trainers, and police cadets did not differ statistically significantly at the .05 level.
