Guidelines for the Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Articles (To prevent AI hallucinations and uphold academic ethics, accountability, and quality)

     1. Prohibition on AI-Generated Core Content: Authors must not use AI to generate substantive content such as abstracts, data analyses, or research findings without personally verifying the points, elaborating on and synthesizing the material, and refining the language into their own unique style.
     2. Verification of Information Sources: Authors are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all data including key points, content, images, tables, analysis results, and references generated by AI.
     3. Knowledge and Data: Authors must not use AI to simply "cut and paste" content or rely on false information (AI hallucinations). The journal requires authors to synthesize, explain, connect, analyze, and present information, principles, and academic concepts from their own perspectives.
     4. Permissible AI Use: AI usage is permitted only for tasks such as language refinement, translation, design, data organization, or formatting documents for better readability; however, such usage must not be excessive.
     5. Disclosure of AI Usage: If AI tools are used, authors must clearly specify the name of the tool, the purpose, and the scope of its application within the article (i.e., which sections utilized AI and the approximate percentage of AI usage).
     6. Review by Co-authors: To ensure the accuracy of information sources and the appropriateness of academic content, all co-authors must review the article prior to submission as this constitutes a shared responsibility among the co-authors.
     7. Reservation of Rights: The journal reserves the right to reject a manuscript if it is discovered that the author has used AI-generated information incorrectly, included false information (hallucinations), engaged in "cut-and-paste" practices, or utilized an excessive or unnecessary number of references.
     To allow all parties sufficient time to understand these guidelines and make necessary adjustments and to avoid disrupting manuscripts currently in progress this policy will officially take effect on July 1, 2027.
