วารสาร มจร พุทธศาสตร์ปริทรรศน์ (Journal of MCU Buddhist Review) เป็นวารสารวิชาการด้านมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มุ่งส่งเสริมการศึกษา วิจัย และเผยแพร่องค์ความรู้ด้านพระพุทธศาสนา บาลีและสันสกฤต ศาสนา ปรัชญา วัฒนธรรม ประเพณีและความเชื่อ ตลอดจนการศึกษาเชิงสหวิทยาการที่นำหลักพุทธธรรมและพุทธปัญญามาอธิบาย วิเคราะห์ หรือประยุกต์ต่อประเด็นด้านชีวิต สุขภาวะ สังคม และการอยู่ร่วมกันในบริบทร่วมสมัย วารสารให้ความสำคัญกับผลงานที่มีความถูกต้องทางวิชาการ มีกรอบแนวคิดและระเบียบวิธีที่เหมาะสม มีการใช้แหล่งข้อมูลและหลักฐานที่ตรวจสอบได้ และสามารถสร้างข้อค้นพบ ข้อเสนอ หรือมุมมองที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อความก้าวหน้าทางวิชาการและสังคม
วารสารให้ความสำคัญเป็นพิเศษกับผลงานที่แสดงให้เห็นถึง ความชัดเจนของคำถามทางวิชาการ ความเหมาะสมของวิธีการศึกษา การใช้หลักฐานที่น่าเชื่อถือ การอภิปรายอย่างมีเหตุผล และการสร้างองค์ความรู้หรือข้อเสนอที่มีคุณค่าต่อวงวิชาการและสังคม
ต้นฉบับที่ผ่านการพิจารณาเบื้องต้นจะเข้าสู่กระบวนการประเมินแบบ Double-Blind Peer Review โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญสัมพันธ์กับเนื้อหาของบทความ จำนวน 3 ท่าน ทั้งนี้ การตัดสินใจรับตีพิมพ์ แก้ไข หรือปฏิเสธบทความอยู่ภายใต้การพิจารณาของกองบรรณาธิการตามผลการประเมินและมาตรฐานทางวิชาการของวารสาร วารสารให้ความสำคัญกับความเป็นอิสระของกระบวนการประเมิน ความเหมาะสมของผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ การหลีกเลี่ยงผลประโยชน์ทับซ้อน และการรักษาความลับของต้นฉบับ

วารสารฯ อยู่ในช่วงระหว่างการรอประกาศผลการตรวจประเมินคุณภาพวารสาร ระดับฐาน 1-2 (ซึ่งใช้เวลา 1-2 เดือน) เพื่อป้องกันการสับสนข้อมูลสำหรับคณะกรรมการ TCI ผู้ตรวจประเมินวารสาร ทางวารสารฯ ยังคงใช้จำนวนปักษ์และรอบเดือนตามปกติเดิมก่อน ปีละ 3 ปักษ์ ๆ ละ 4 เดือน (จะยังไม่ปรับเพิ่มจำนวนปักษ์)

พระสงฆ์ ได้รับพระราชทานเลื่อนสมณศักดิ์ ชื่อ-นามแฝงเปลี่ยนแปลงไปไม่คงที่ เพื่อให้ระบุเจ้าของผลงานได้ชัดเจน ควรให้พิมพ์ต่อท้ายสมณศักดิ์ (ชื่อ-นามสกุล) ตามข้อมูลที่ปรากฎในบัตรประชาชน

Vol. 10 No. 2 (2569): Journal of MCU Buddhist Review : (May-August)
The Journal of MCU Buddhist Review has entered its 10th year, Issue 2 (May-August 2026). The Faculty of Buddhism, Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University, has proceeded with the online publication of articles, for which authors are required to comply with the journal’s criteria and article format. For example, while submitting an article to the journal’s system or during the journal’s review process, authors are prohibited from submitting the article to other journals. Submitted works must not have previously been presented or published elsewhere, nor must they be under consideration for publication in any other journal. In addition, the study results presented or findings, factual information, views, opinions, perspectives, content, or statements appearing in any author’s article that has been publicly published are solely acknowledged, consented to, and the responsibility of the respective article owner, and shall in no way be considered the responsibility of the editorial board of the Journal of MCU Buddhist Review. On behalf of the editorial board, the Journal of MCU Buddhist Review would like to thank all article authors who have submitted their articles for publication, and the editorial board sincerely hopes that the content of this issue will be beneficial to all readers. If readers have any suggestions for improving this journal to make it more complete, the editorial board is most pleased to receive them.

The MCU Buddhist Studies Review Journal is accepting articles in the social sciences and humanities to disseminate research articles, academic articles, and book reviews related to the principles, concepts, and theories of Buddhism, Pali, Sanskrit, religion, philosophy, culture, traditions, beliefs, health therapy, and integrated Buddhist lifestyles.
The Journal of MCU Buddhist Reviewl will be published gradually, one article at a time that have undergone a peer review process by qualified experts. Authors have also revised the content according to the reviewers' recommendations and updated the format of the articles. To ensure the academic value of the authors, the journal is publishing some articles one at a time, Without having to wait up to 4 months for an article, as one issues of 4 months.
