Leadership of Sangha and daringness to Crisis of threated Buddhism in the Present time

Abstract

This academic aimed to analyze the leadership of Sangha and daringness to
Crisis of threated Buddhism in the resent time. According to Mahakopala-sutta in Tipitaka, Majjhima-Nikaya, the Buddha analogized among monks and cowman. The cowman classified into two kinds: The first one, the bad cowman failed in the cattle raising with 11 factors. They could not make their cattle to growth. The second one, the good cowman featured with 11 factors. They can make their cattle to growth. In Buddhism, even if monks who are leaders of community can apply the teachings in Mahakopala-sutta to solve problems appropriately, they can take all Buddhist Sangha and Buddhism to sustainable growth.
